- Jakub (10/5): Dobrý poměr cena a kvalita - Perfektní klidná lokalita v blízkosti vláčku. Celý apartmán je velmi prostorný a dobře vybavený. Parkovaní hned vedle ubytování. Pomalejší internetové připojení, ale téměř jsme jej nevyužívali.
- Monique (7/5): Mooie uitvalsbasis… - Mooi uitzicht, gratis parkeren. Naast het spoor van de Schafbergbahn zodat je naar de treintjes kan kijken. Zeer kleine badkamer en apart toilet in slaapkamer. Bed is erg laag. Laatste stukje lopen vanaf centrum is nog wel een uitdaging.

Velmi prostorný apartmán, dobře vybavený, nic nám nechybělo, bylo zde čisto. Parkování před domem velmi pohodlné. Nepohodlné postele, navíc postel v hlavní ložnici se hned první večer rozpadla, vypadly plaňky z postelového roštu, dřevo bylo úplně vylomené. Spát se tedy dalo jen na jedné straně postele.

The floor level difference between the living room and the toilet may pose a risk for senior citizens, as it could increase the chance of accidents.

- Jiří (10/5): Pokud ještě někdy pojedeme k Wolfgangsee, ubytování je jasné ! - Perfektní výhled na zubačku, vlak si syn moc užil. Strategické místo, není daleko na koupání (vstup zdarma díky hostiteli), lze vyrážet i na výlety lodí. Krásný čistý byt, útulný, všechno potřebné nádobí bylo k dispozici. Parkovací místo na nás čekalo. Krásný výhlez z terasy na jezero, které se měnilo s měnícím se počasím - nádherná podívanná pro fotografa.

- Siegfried (8/5): Es hat uns im großen und Ganzen gut gefallen. - Große Ferienwohnung, geeignet für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Schöne Aussicht und große Terrasse. Niedriger Wasserdruck, sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt von der oberen Etage. Schlechtes WLAN.

- Karin (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt - Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Minuten Gehzeit vom Strandbad entfernt. Der Vermieter stellte uns dafür kostenlose Eintrittskarten zur Verfügung. Die Ortsmitte war mit unseren E-Bikes schnell zu erreichen, aber auch zu Fuß war es nicht weit. Vom großen Balkon aus hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick über den See.

- Melitta (7/5): Wir waren mit 3 Enkelkindern auf Urlaub und waren im Allgemeinen zufrieden. - Es war nur eine Wohnmöglichkeit. Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Matratzen und Pölster waren nicht mehr sehr bequem.
- Anita (7/5): Good - Destination is very good, beautiful view to the mountains and Wolfgangsee.. Apartman is on a streambank,itt was wonderful to chillout and have a coffee on terrace.It is OK for families. We missed the handsoap from the bathroom.WIFI was invaluable.
Guest are in the upstairs were very noisy evenings.
In the apartment there was a paper asking to pay extra money as local tourist tax 3 EUR / day/person.by cash. It was not communicated by the owner in advance.When we paid the money for apartment it showed total cost was paid.We left the money there to avoid further discussion, but it was not fair at all .(Dog is mentioned in the details in advance,but tax not)

The furniture is a bit mixed style and it could look much better if it was done in one style, but it is only my personal preference.

Better instructions for garbage separation, hand soap in the bathroom would be nice. And please add the municipality tax to accommodation price so people do not have to pay cash on the spot.

- Matthew (8/5): Great stay at St Wolfgang with a few minor setbacks from being amazing. - The location was great, nice views and near some trails and about a 12-15 min walk into town (though the walk back is uphill!). There was free parking on site, rooms are a great size, very friendly owner and housekeepers, kitchen has mostly everything you need for a stay to cook at home. It's located right next to the SchafbergBahn train track so the train goes by all day (luckily not at night and not early), the floor squeaks a lot in every room, this is not the only room in the house so it can get noisy from upstairs footsteps, needs a little maintenance on some items (some trim pieces falling off in the kitchen, front doorknob), fridge is small with no freezer.
- Ehud (6/5): Fine house for the price - Nice apartment, location is beautiful. The apartment is located very far from any supermarket.
The facilities were OK, but the kitchen were lacking equipment and the kitchen sink was clogged.
Beside that, the apartment was full with ants.
We tried to reach the owner to inform about the ants and for missing linen we requested, but he was not accessible by phone and replied to our messages only late at night. The owner did not address the ants issue at all.
We also messaged the owner in advance that we are bringing our dogs. And we were surprised to see when we arrived that we need to pay 9 Euro per dog. This could have easily been said before we came.
In general it would have been nicer to recieve some personal and faster answers from the owner, to the problems we had experienced.

- Nan (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. At the end of a street so it is quiet but we can see the lake from the balcony. Right next to the Bahn rail towards Schafbergspitz so we can see the trains from time to time, but not noisy at all. The house is right on the hiking trail to the Shafbergspitz so if you want to hike to the top, this is a great starting point. A separate living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The shower place is really small.

- Csilla (7/5): Spacious apartment with view but needs upgrading - Apartman is on the mountain with a pleasant view of the lake. It is about 20 minute's walk from the city center of St. Wolfgang. The cogwheel railway passes nearby but it is not bothering, it starts at 8.30 in the morning. The house lies by the hiking route up to the Schafberg. Our apartment was downstairs with an enormous terrasse with a table and chairs, a nice place to have meal. The apartment was spacious. The beds were a bit hard which is good for your backbones. Parking is easy on the site. The housekeeper was flexible: after moving out we were allowed to park our car at the house until the next guest arrived. There are no shops nearby, there is a supermarket ADEG in the city center of St. Wolfgang, it closes quite early, at 18.00 on weekdays. We had a general feeling that little money was spent on keeping the level of the apartment. Some of the lamps did not work, e.g. in the bathroom at the mirror. The bulb in the ceiling lamp in the living room had an unpleasant white light. The pottery was only three or four pieces, usually quite old. There was not a normal-sized pot to warm the meal. There was no toaster, however, it was included in the confirmation. In the bathroom, it would have been nice to have some liquid soap or shower gel. The ceiling was thin, we could hear the steps of the guests upstairs. The housekeeper was hard to be contacted before our arrival, he did not answer our emails and messages via Booking, nor the Booking customer service itself. He answered only after I called him. It was not written anywhere that there was a tourist tax, 2 Euros per person per day. The housekeeper told us about it via phone after we moved out of the apartment. It was a problem because we did not have cash at hand. There were other misunderstandings, so it is better to write everything down.

You are close to the mountains but at the same time a 10 minutes walk from the Wolfgangsee. The apartment was very clean, specious and very well equipped. I wish we would have planned a longer stay. I highly recommend it! There is nothing to highlight!
- Catharina (8/5): Excellent apartment, you must have a car to reach the apartment, long & steep uphill to the house - The apartment that we stayed in at Haus Bergland was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated with a personal touch. It was clear and spacious. No public transport from the bus stop to the apartment. Not a place to visit unless you have a car.
