- Lee (7/5): - The apartment was not ready to receive us, and the host made a great effort to solve the problem. The kitchen is new and well-equipped. There is only one air conditioner in the apartment, located in the living room, and it doesn’t cool the bedroom. We arrived as a couple with two children – the sofa bed is uncomfortable for sleeping and not suitable for two people.

- Trayant (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment, modern, good location. Equipped kitchen, good communication with the host, clear instructions for self check in and check out. Would be good to have the AC on before check in, especially winter time when knowing the arrival time. AC in the bedroom would be great as well. I suggest single use slippers ( floor is cold ) . TV in bedroom will be a plus. Great that there was a grocery store at the ground floor so I was able to buy coffee for the coffee maker ( only two portions ground coffee we found in the cupboard).

- John (10/5): България - The apt. is fantastic. Clean, tidy, great size, great location if you want to be close to the city centre. The property has all the latest white goods, new furniture, decorated beautifully. I am in Bulgaria frequently and in particular Stara Zagora because of family and now, this will be the place for me to look at staying all the time. What a wonderful apt. N/A

A very large parking lot is across the street The bedroom does not have curtains or blinds at the balcony door, so light comes in and it is difficult to sleep. They forgot to provide shower gel and shampoo, I only found liquid hand soap

- Stephan (5/5): Not COMFORTABLE for long stay. - New flat, in a new building with new facilities. The add of the flat says that it is for 4 people. However, the couch in the living room is broken and it was not able to unfold. Hence the second business traveller had to sleep on unfolded couch for a few days. This was super uncomfortable. Next to this you need to take into account there is NO SOUND INSULATION in the building between the flats. In practice you can hear what the neighbors watch on their TV … Furthermore the light bulbs are completely wrong for human use (1000 Watts) & there are no evening or reading lights.

Everything in place, all extra you can imagine, even a washing machine, everything new and shiny. Great internet, 4K smart TV and digital cable. Nothing is missing in here and you feel ashamed if you leave it dirty or not throw the garbage after you leave. 10+ !
