Úžasné dvě koupelny pro 6 ubytovaných, rána i večery byly tak bez nutných kompromisů. Pokoje prostorné, dostatek úložných prostor, kvalitní matrace. Dobrá komunikace s ubytováním. Ocenili bychom sůl a cukr v kuchyňce a sprchový gel v koupelně, lžíci na obouvání.
• Livia (8/5): Schöne zentral gelegene Appartements mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt - Zentrale Lage mit tollen Blick auf die Stadt, mit dem Aufzug ist auch die 4. Etage gut erreichbar. Freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt muss man sich einen abgelegenen Parkplatz suchen, wir haben unser Parkticket vor dem Haus alle 3 Stunden verlängern müssen, da die maximale Parkdauer erreicht wurde.

В апартаментах все новое, хороший матрас, подушки и одеяло. Удобный и мягкий диван. Все как на фотографиях. Дружелюбный хозяин отвечает сразу на смс и звонки и в течении пяти минут принес нам не достающие вещи. Не было фена, геля для душа и разделочного ножа. Посуды маловато.

• Nadja KUHN (8/5): - Die Lage ist top. Parkplätze vor der Tür waren kostenpflichtig vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet, das Personal ist freundlich und alles war sauber. Vermutlich aufgrund des Wintermonats oder der Lage in der 4. Etage war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr schwach und das Wasser nur lauwarm. Da es im Bad keine Heizung gab, war es dort immer sehr kalt. Nach einer Abfahrt und einer Skitour hätten wir uns mehr Wärme gewünscht. Zudem fehlten im Apartment Föhne und Shampoo. In der Küche gab es keinen Wasserkocher und nicht einmal Salz. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit drei Kapseln war vorhanden.

Vom Balkon hat man eine gute Sicht über das Geschehen Die Küchenausstattung sehr übersichtlich. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre angebracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig zur oberen und unteren Wohnung.

• Raminta (8/5): - Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Der Ausblick von meinem Balkon war bezaubernd. Es war der ideale Ort, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen und die Umgebung zu bewundern. Leider war ich mit den Parkmöglichkeiten unzufrieden. Es war angegeben, dass ein Parkplatz inbegriffen ist, aber das war nicht der Fall. Die Parkplätze befinden sich entweder neben dem Gebäude oder in der gleichen Straße, was die Suche nach einem Platz zur echten Herausforderung macht — fast wie "Mission Impossible". Zudem ist das kostenlose Parken nur von 18:00 bis 7:00 Uhr möglich. Wenn man länger parken möchte, muss man zahlen: Man kann maximal für 3 Stunden im Voraus zahlen, was ungefähr 7 Euro kostet.
• Brittney (7/5): I loved the location and a great last minute find for the price, but not for the many inconveniences. - The perfect location. A quick 5-20 minutes walk to anything for food, shopping, or entertainment. It had the bare minimum needed to cook a simple meal too. First, the online booking explicitly said it was a non smoking property. However, when we arrived the location the room and the sheets REEKED of cigarettes. We brought this up to the host upon arrival, he said we already paid, got upset and left abruptly and rudely. After further assessing the apartment, we found a document that said smoking is authorized in the apartment, so basically false advertising. Second, the shower was extremely hot or extremely freezing. There was no in between so taking a shower was truly unbearable. Third, it was great that there was a washing machine on site. However, after starting the cycle and coming back once we heard it done, we came back to water leaking from the behind the machine. Fourth, we reached out a couple days prior to get assistance with parking. We were told we could find parking spaces literally anywhere on the street (which was not the case given the time of year), but the info manual said we could have parked behind the building if coordinated early. We made the best of it, but since we were visiting it would have been nice to have a realistic expectation. Lastly, the couch had multiple plum sized holes in them that was “masked” by deliberately placed pillows. Overall, this accommodation was in a great location, but with all the items above it was not worth the money or inconveniences. This has given me a new mindset when looking for an Airbnb/rental unit while traveling.

WC Deckel defekt, am Abreisetag kein Strom Vermieter war nicht erreichbar um es zu Reparieren. Schlüsselabgabe war nicht möglich da Vermieter nicht vor Ort war.

• thornni (4/5): This apartment urgently needs improvements both in amenities and in communication with guests - Only the location was great. Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The small bathroom had black mold on the walls and the celling. There were no basic supplies provided: no laundry detergent, no shower gel or shampoo, no paper towels in the kitchen, and not even tea, coffee, sugar, or salt. There was also no hairdryer available. The shower was hardly usable, as the taps did not work properly — it was impossible to adjust the temperature, with no cold water at all, only very hot. The bathroom floor was bare, ice-cold stone, and there was not even a bathmat or a towel to step on after showering. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and did not reach most of the apartment, working only in the living room and one bedroom. Even worse, at 10:43 — before the official checkout time of 11:00 — the cleaning staff entered the apartment without knocking. Communication with the host was extremely difficult: the replies were strange and unrelated to our questions, and after some time we simply stopped asking because it was impossible to get clear answers.

• Iouri (7/5): Bettwäsche ohne Waschmittelgeruch (+), Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser (-) - 1) Die Bettwäsche hatten keinen Waschmittelgeruch, was eigentlich sehr selten der Fall ist. 2) Die Matratzen haben den Kindern sehr gut gefallen, weil sie sehr weich waren. 3) Die Aussicht war sehr gut. 4) Die Lage ist perfekt. 5) Die Küchenmöbel und die Großgeräte (Herd/Backofen/Kühlschrank) waren gut. Aber man muss die Pfannen/Töpfe/Toster/Schneidemesser usw. selber mitbringen, wenn man kochen will. 1) Wir hatten große Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser. Wir hatten die Wohnung B4 ganz oben und das heißes Wasser kam zu uns nicht immer. Es war entweder heißes Wasser, mit dem man sich nicht duschen konnte, oder ganz kalt. Der Manager meinte, alles sei in Ordnung, weil es heißes Wasser doch gibt! Aber das es nicht nutzbar ist, war ihm egal. Am dem Tag der Abreise war überhaupt kein warmes Wasser mehr. 2) Die Matratze hat meinem Mann überhaupt nicht gefallen (zu weich). Bei mir war die Matratze in der Mitte verformt (wie eine Wanne). Bis zum Auto (Parkstraße) mindestens 15 Minuten zu Fuß. 3) Keine Pfanne zum Braten. Ein Topf von zwei mit der beschädigten Beschichtung, also nicht nutzbar. Keine Schneidemesser, nur Buttermesser. 4) Die Duschenkabinen sind sehr alt und der Boden ist sehr schmutzig. Der Wasserablauf war verstopft, das Wasser ging nur sehr langsam weg, sodass man im schmutzigen Wasser stehen sollte. 5) Eine Menge von Silberfischen. 6) Die Syphonen unter den beiden Waschbecken nicht dicht: Die unteren Schubladen von den Unterschränken hatten Wasser drin. 7) Auf dem Bild war der Balkon: Die Wohnung B4 hatte aber keinen Balkon gehabt.

• Marcela (9/5): - Příjemné ubytování na skělém místě, ani v době festivalu nebyl v noci slyšet žádný hluk. Apartmán byl pohodlný, měli jsme vše, co potřebujeme. Milý hostitel, který rychle komunikoval, čekal na nás při příjezdu, poradil s parkováním a vše ukázal. Jediné malé mínus bylo, že někdy teklo po sprchování ze sprchového koutu a nebylo moc čím to utírat. Varná konvice se sama nevypínala, takže potenciálně nebezpeční, kdybychom si nevšimli, a také tekla při nalévání. Ale ve finále jsou to jen maličkosti.

It’s thoughtfully equipped, making it easy to settle in - whether you're staying for a few nights or longer. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with all the essentials, which is great for anyone who prefers to cook rather than eat out. The shower had strong water pressure and consistent hot water, which made for a relaxing experience after a day out. Overall, a very practical and pleasant place to stay. It was really hard to find parking near the place.
• Simona (6/5): Great location but lower quality facility. - The location is superb and the outside of the building looks very beautiful, it also has accessible street parking. The property manager is very friendly and came to fix things when we asked. Everything inside the apartment was in poor condition. The water tap in the bathroom was leaking and we had a flood, the kitchenette is poorly equipped, we only got 1 chair and when we asked for a second one the leg was broken. Everything you touched was s bit sticky and gave the feeling it is not properly clean and the flat smelled like someone was smoking inside and then tried to cover the smell with some odor. All in all quite a disappointment.

Another problem is the shower, we had two showers in our apartment and both of them had a problem with water staying in the shower for quite some time after you finished which was ugly

• Nancy (10/5): Excellent and comfortable apartment, perfect weekend stay in Karlovy Vary - Very beautiful and spacious apartment with three bedrooms, each with one double bed. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and it's two full bathrooms. Excellent location in a main street that leads to the Karlovy Vary promenáda and minerals water fountains. The apartment is located in the ground floor near the main entrance to the building ( přízemí). This was excellent for us since we had grandma and our small dog. We had great communication with the owners at check in and check out was very easy as well. The owner arrange a parking spot very near the apartment. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment and look forward to come back some day. Everything was great
