• Roshanara (1/5): There was cockroaches, mould & dirt! DO NOT STAY! And we are still waiting for a refund!!! - Nothing. The apartment was infested with cockroaches throughout including the sleeping area, the bedroom had mould in it and the apartment was not clean. My mother is disabled so this was an added concern! We messaged the landlord and told him about the issues. He did not seem surprised and just asked for pictures. We informed him the same night we would not be staying there and found alternative accommodation. We handed back the keys that night (5 nights ago) and are still waiting on a refund!! Very unhappy with the lack of communication, care or concern.

• Puteri (5/5): Will not be returning - The hosts were nice people, the unit is clean. This property is misrepresented as a 2BR unit but it is not. It is a 1BR unit with a child-sized bed put in a corner space. The hosts, though initially nice and efficient, still wanted to charge us for 1 night and the cleaning fee when we highlighted the issue within literal MINUTES of checking in, because they said they had sent us a video of the unit a day before. Ok whatever. We were tired and needed a place to stay so we didnt make a fuss. But this is a serious misrepresentation and other people should know.
• Syed (9/5): A short vacay in Kuala Lumpur - The place was clean and cozy. There is no room. It is a corner with a glass partition. However, as I stayed with my wife & my kids, we are fine with that.
