Guest Reviews
- Mathew (6/5): Comfortable and tidy, a little dated -
- Susan (10/5): -

- Kerry (8/5): Very enjoyable stay in an apartment that needed updating - Close proximity to beach, shops, walking paths. Extra large comfortable balcony. After losing keys quick response from management. Larger bed would have been nice. High step to get into Bath to use shower. Whole apartment needed an update, from painting to appliances, cutlery fridge etc.
- Kat (8/5): -
- Katrina (8/5): - This accommodation is in a great location with cafe's, restaurants and the beach all a very short walk away. The balcony is great to relax at during various activities throughout the day. The room was really quiet and the air-conditioning works well, which is handy in the middle of summer.
The car parking is very tight.
- Scott (9/5): - The close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool was a fabulous way to unwind at the end of the day
- Dinko (7/5): -
- Bill (6/5): -
- Clive OZ (8/5): - The position is great and all the facilities are fantastic. Allocated carpark is convenient but tight.
- Jeremy (8/5): -
- Lolofa (8/5): -
- Mclean (8/5): Great location, pub and restaurant within walking distance. gardens beautifully maintained. - Odour in bathroom. Blocked drain?
Rust on fridge and outdoor furniture.
- Terri-anne (9/5): Good base for exploring Sunshine Coast - Room was good size and had everything we needed. Heated pool was nice, the lagoon one wasn't heated so we didnt use that as our stay was during winter. Was a good base to the explore the sunshine coast area. Self check in was easy and plenty of information given. There are a couple of eateries and a small supermarket underneath the resort but the supermarket is privately owned and quite pricey so I'd advise going to woolworths
- Renee (10/5): The management of the property was fantastic, everything we needed. The location was great, we took bikes and enjoyed th - The property is managed so well. Very tidy and clean, we needed the facilities in the room which was why we chose 333 seaforth. The gym, spa and sauna weren’t open which was a huge letdown as we were there for state championships for AFL, the spa and sauna would have come in handy. Thankfully the room had a spa bath!
- Zachary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (7/5): Nice location, under delivered - Good location Double Glass Doors from living room to Veranda were locked, property manger could not fix the issue for the 6 days rental, kitchen utensils were inadequate to prepare a meal, felt as if the property management did not put an effort to provide for what they charged, also way to many unnecessary e mails
- Richard (3/5): Not a good value for money - Nice location Small bed for two people, too soft, bit of a rundown, mildew in the bathroom, old and damaged cooking utensils.
- Susan (6/5): Tired room for the price. - The room is very tired. Dirty furniture, needs a paint, ceiling dirty, doors dirty, fridge marked, housekeeping clean was good but the room needs an update for the price.
- Amanda (10/5): Great stay - Great location, room Car park was small
- Carmel (8/5): Very good -
- Trevarthen (6/5): Average accomodation, pools were lovely, good gym and sauna. - Good facilities. Inside unit was needing a paint, especially cupboards in bathroom ceilings. The curtains were dirty, generally dated. Update the fridge. Wifi was not working.
- Edward (8/5): Excellent and very easy, definitely stay again but with my family next time -
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darren (9/5): Superb -
- Julie (9/5): Superb -
- Kim (9/5): Excellent resort- great unit 333 private managed - Perfect location across from the beach and has shops and pub etc right at the front. Beautiful location the hardens are immaculate as are all the facilities. All secure! Just a lovely pleasant stay with plenty of room for all to swim and relax. We had a one bedroom unit and there was plenty of space- balcony great size and Airconditioning. Our particular unit 333 was privately managed so it had so many extras many typical units don't supply which set it apart from others. Great communication from the managers of this apartment as well. There wasn't anything I could fault with this place
- Anna (10/5): A quiet apartment with a full kitchen and laundry as part of the room. - The location was close to some shops and restaurants. Others were a short drive away. The amenities in the apartment were very useful.
- Georgia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynne (8/5): Very good - Location was very convenient.
The bed was comfortable.
I appreciated having shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. I was sneezing a lot while inside the apartment and noticed what appeared to be mould on the ceiling in the living room and bedroom.

- Neil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (7/5): Location great quiet at this time of year needing a spruce up and deep clean - Location and security Tired appartments needs a deep clean

- Jacki (10/5): Great value and wonderful place to stay . The pools are the best, easy to walk to shops and beach! - Neat, clean, safe. Great facilities in the complex Nothing
- Tony (10/5): Dining room chairs - Central to everything The dining chairs, they felt like they were going to collapse when I sat on them, ended up bring an outside one in..
- Steve (9/5): Superb -
- Roy (7/5): Convenient, central and comfortable. Some renovation still needs to be done. -
- Sue (9/5): A lovely clean and comfortable unit - Great location with an easy walk to Alex surf club with a patrolled beach.
Pool and spa were great.
Large balcony with a view into the central lagoon pool and gardens Only 1 key meant that we had to coordinate ourselves
Large step into the bath for a shower. Would not recommend if you have any mobility issues

- Clive (9/5): Perfect Couples Unit - Nice compact unit very comfortable for a couple with all the facilities necessary and very nice resort pool arrangement .Good location Just needed a clothes airer to hang the clothes washing out to dry.
- Jodie (6/5): Won’t be back - The Apartment is in a great location. The apartment is tired, it could do with a deep clean and some paint.
The apartment was not clean, there was other people’s hair in the sink and bath, toilet seat was dirty and the floor was just all swept under the table on checkin.
We couldn’t park in the car space as they are very tight (we only have a small hatch back) plus the guy in the next space seemed to have a lot of permanent stuff stored and was parked over the line.
- Gregory (8/5): Quite good. - The gym was not easy to find. If there was a sauna, I didn't see it. Perhaps a sign/note would be good?? No sponge or steel wool to wash up or I couldn't see it. If Netflix was available, I needed directions on how to access it. Just minor things. No complaints. Might come back.
- Lee (9/5): Great facilities and pretty good location. Great location if you like to walk a bit for the hubs. - Really lovely facilities Just a heads up that there's no access to the pool area etc. after you drop the keys in the lockbox. Understandable - it's not a resort booking - just mentioning it to help others with planning.
- Louise (10/5): Excellent place value for money. - All the facilities were a surprise. Lagoons, pools, spas, saunas, gym.
The place was in an amazing location.
The apartment was really comfy and homely. Everything we needed

- Wendy (10/5): Surprised my boyfriend with an amazing trip, he was clueless and it was amazing - The pool was so much better than the photos. I also didn’t realise they had an extra heated pool & a spa which was an added bonus! Also didn’t realise they had a sauna & gym until our last day otherwise we would have used them! Not fussed tho, we still had an amazing time
- Gwen (6/5): Pleasant -

- David (8/5): Very enjoyable stay, would visit again. - Shower over bath, maybe I'm just getting old.
- Rodney (8/5): wWe thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cacades and found the property to be clean and comfortable. - Good, convenient location. Lovely pool area, a pleasant, spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Comfortable bed and excellent pillows. The lift stopped working properly on our second day but the problem was attended to very quickly and satisfactorily. Decor a little tired.
