• Tony (7/5): - Great location. Within walking distance to surf beach, park, river, restaurants and shopping centre. The apartment was more a B&B. While the apartment had been cleaned, there was half empty food containers left in the cupboards and fridge, used makeup and unused female sanity boxes in the bathroom, and a dog bowl and pet fur throughout the apartment, and used face cloths in the kitchen drawer. Suggest Cosmopolitan needs to raise it’s standards, in particular the cleanliness and also noting if a pet lives there full time (we wouldn’t have booked as a family member is allergic to dogs). We awere also told we could pick up the keys between 2pm-5pm, however the receptionist kept ringing us just after 2pm as she wanted to go home.

• Amelia (9/5): Great - The lady at reception told us about the wrong pool to use in a different block from where we stayed. Also, never having used an electric stove top before there were no instructions about how to turn it on. Something which explains this would be really useful to other guests like us.

Plenty of kitchen utensils, cooking facilities etc. Great for families or 2 couples. Within walking distance to Sunshine Plaza, cafes and restaurants. A bbq on the balcony would have been a welcome addition.
