Marika (7/5): - Die Lage zum Bodden war sehr gut. Eigener Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend für eine Woche Urlaub dort, auch wenn ein Backofen fehlt. Im großen Zimmer (Wohn-/Küchenbereich) fehlt zumindest vor einem Fenster Gaze, damit die Flut von Mücken und Spinnen ferngehalten werden kann. Bei Ankunft waren eine Menge Spinnen und Spinnennetze in der Wohnung verteilt, welche erst mühevoll entfernt werden mussten. Zudem waren diverse Oberflächen (Fußboden/Küchenarbeitsplatte, Tische) nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Für 3-4 Personen ist die Ferienwohnung (Lavendel) nicht zu empfehlen, da die 3. bzw. 4. Person im Wohn-/Essbereich nächtigen und das Bad nur durch diesen Raum betreten werden kann.
christiane (4/5): Aktuelle Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht nicht den Kriterien des Angebots.Für diesen Preis nicht zu empfehlen - Blick in einen Garten am Waldrand, man konnte den Garten jedoch nicht betreten Ausstattung der Küche war völlig unzureichend, wenn man auch nur einfachste Gerichte kochen möchte. „Eigene Dachterrasse“ :es handelt sich um ein angebautes Podest an eine Zugangstreppe für 2 Wohnungen. Das Schlafzimmerfenster der Wohnung „Lavendel“ (einzig mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet) ist im Bereich Treppe //Podest für diese beiden Wohnungen. Podest wurde als Raucherinsel genutzt….Schlafzimmerfenster konnte deshalb nicht geöffnet werden(Zigarettenqualm, Küchenlärm aus angrenzender Wohnung, Treppenlärm). Fenster im Wohn-Küchenbereich waren nicht mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, Mückenschwärme am Abend liessen das Öffnen der Fenster nicht zu, (Lage am Waldrand in Boddennähe). Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war angesichts der hohen Temperaturen auch deshalb keine Freude.
Opochitskiy (4/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich gut und dass es nicht so hellhörig ist. Leider einiges nicht so positiv aufgefallen. Die Pfannen waren komplett durch. Es hat alles sich einfach festgelegt. Es gab kein einziges vernünftiges Küchenmesser. Handseife hätte man wenigsten hinstellen können. Bettwäsche war trotz Bestellung nicht da, mussten erst mal selber welche besorgen. Gut, die Rechnung dafür hatten wir im Vorfeld nicht bezahlt, allerdings stand auf der Rechnung ein Zieldatum welches nach Beginn des Aufenthaltes war.
