Además cuenta con todas las comodidades que se requieren, lavadora, internet, TV cable, loza, ropa de cama, etc. Muy recomendable para pasar varios días ya sea por trabajo o descanso. • Guisela (10/5): Calor de Hogar... - Destacar la excelente atención de Jacqueline, muy amable y cordial,,, luego fuimos derivados con Maggi, también trato gentil,, el departamento bonito , tiene lo necesario para hospedarse, nosotros éramos 2 adultos y nuestras 2 niñas... Todo impecable, aire acondicionado Calentito el ambiente... Las camas tenían hartas frazadas frío, no pasamos.. todo super. Bien... Agradecida de la buena atención, sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería otra vez a éstos Departamentos.. mil gracias... No tengo reparos.... Todo Ok....
• Lucia Leszinsky (10/5): - La ubicación es ideal: a 10 minutos a pie del Mall Costanera, en un barrio tranquilo y agradable, con una plaza en la esquina, supermercado cercano y parada de colectivos a solo una cuadra. El lugar está muy bien equipado y tiene cochera, lo cual suma muchísimo. Nos resultó súper cómodo, volveríamos sin dudarlo. El staff es muy amigable, súper atentos!

• Eduardo (10/5): Excelente lugar para pasar en Puerto Montt!! - Me gustó todo lo que estaba en el alojamiento, realmente un excelente lugar para poder descansar y pasar los días necesarios. Me asombró lo bien ubicado que está, tenía cafés y negocios para comprar de todo a solo pasos del lugar… hasta un GYM tenía a menos de una cuadra. God muy limpio y agradable, el barrio también súper tranquilo se puede dormir muy a gusto!! Volvería nuevamente!! No tengo ningún punto que no me gustara, solo podría sugerir que podría tener una mesa pequeña plegable para poder trabajar (labores de oficina) pero me gustó todo, solo lo comento como un punto extra que a mí al menos, considerando que viajé por trabajo, me hubiera sido útil, aunque se podía trabajar muy bien sobre el mesón de la cocina.

• Anonymous (5/5): Good location - poor value for money and quite a few things to improve - Good location - the reason we booked it It had a bad smell, downstairs and also upstairs, maybe mold. The place seems very poorly taken care of, the doors scratch the floor and don’t even open properly and the shower hot water was inconsistent. There are many dogs living in the houses around it which bark like crazy during the day and also at night which woke us up several times. It wasn’t a cheap place and truly not a good value for money!
• Alexandra (5/5): Not the best experience but functional if you're not sensitive to light or noise - The property was not expensive. There was room for two adults and two teenagers (one slept on sofa). Plenty of hot water and everything was clean. WiFi worked well. There were many barking dogs barking until at least midnight right outside of the apartment. The thin curtains did little to block the street light from coming into the main bedroom upstairs and living room where one teen slept, so it never got dark. The cost was not high but none of us got good sleep because of the light and barking dogs so I can't recommend this place. Also - it looks older in person then the photos

• Steven (1/5): AVOID STAYING HERE! ITS NOT EVEN A 1 STAR HONESTLY. - They have washing machines in the apartment. We were told last minute the payment had to be in cash (Chilean pesos) up front and that the owner would send a neighbor to collect the money and give us keys. The next morning there was no water in the complex and I had to go find another place for my family to be able to shower and use the toilet. I finally got a response from the owner (Jacqueline) after we had departed. She apologized for the water being out, but went completely silent when I ask for a refund (partial at the very least). She was paid in cash so there is nothing I can do about it. Also, the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy for families or females traveling alone. The rooms not filthy, but definitely below standard cleanliness.
