• Trevizán (9/5): Descanso y tranquilidad. - Tranquilo, cabaña ubicada en interior, no frente a la calle lo cual es excelente para un buen descanso . Baño extremadamente pequeño , inodoro de niños, en planta baja estando la habitación en el 2do piso. Escalera empinada . Demasiadas camas si va un matrimonio . Podría aprovecharse espacio arriba para un baño y no tantas camas. No tenía lavarropas .

• Pedro david (9/5): Muy buen la estadia, recomendable en particular para 2 o mas personas - Muy cercano al centro me tenia que ir despues de la hora del checking, por lo que el dueño tuvo el gesto de ofrecerme lugar para guardar mis cosas hasta llegar la hora que me fuera El agua caliente tarda un tanto en llegar (1 minuto hay que dejar correr el agua para que tome calor) la ducha es un tanto chica

Just a suggestion: message the incoming guests the door code more than 24 hours ahead of time, because some guests while travelling may not receive it.

• Joris (8/5): Nice apartment - Very communicative and helpful host, he helped us with a taxi and also with some recommendations. The apartment is nice, we slept great (in the beds, wouldn‘t recommend the couch). City center is in walking distance (15-20min). Hardly any warm water in the shower. Watch out for hidden fees. Once there, we had to pay 19% extra, which wasn‘t visible on booking.com and had not happened in any other accommodation during our Chile trip. Seemed kind of suspect.
• Bilma (10/5): One to repeat - Very easy access, and clear instructions to enter the property. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Modern for the area. There was a tv with access to lots of channels, the kitchen was equipped with all we needed it including curtesy tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid, etc. The bathroom was brand new and very clean. The place had central heating making it feel homy and welcoming, perfect space to share and enjoy with the fam.

• Veronica (7/5): Good budget option in Punta Arenas - Location was pretty good and made for an easy walk into the centro (about 15 minutes). The apartment was spacious and would easily sleep 4. Keyless entry and self check in were great when we arrived in after a very late flight, and the place was quiet and easy to find. Wifi worked great! Plus, the price was very reasonable for what we got! Despite lots of good qualities I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I was on a very tight budget. The shower only had enough hot water for one person to take a 5 minute shower before it went cold, and didn’t drain properly— so we really had to stagger our showers. Other little things just generally would have made our stay a bit nicer— there was no soap, shampoo, etc in the bathroom even for hand washing, the bed was pretty hard, and the trash bin in the bathroom was missing a lid (which makes for a pretty unpleasant situation when you cannot flush toliet paper).
