- Soliman (1/5): Formal Complaint Regarding Recent Holiday Accommodation - Dear Accommodation Manager,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. During my stay, I encountered several significant issues that greatly affected my comfort and overall experience.
Specifically, the following problems were observed:
1. The air conditioning unit downstairs was not functioning, making the living area extremely uncomfortable, especially given the weather conditions.
2. There was no Wi-Fi service available throughout my stay, which hindered my ability to stay connected for both personal and essential purposes.
3. The refrigerator was overcooling, resulting in spoiled and damaged food items.
4. I also observed a couple of cockroaches moving around in the accommodation, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness.
These issues are unacceptable for a holiday accommodation, and they significantly impacted my ability to relax and enjoy my stay. I expected a clean, functional, and well-maintained environment, which unfortunately was not provided.
I kindly request that you address these concerns promptly and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused. I would also appreciate your assurance that these issues will be resolved to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

- Lynda (6/5): Wouldn’t book this room again, not worth the price. - Location was good. Property is out dated I’ve stayed in other properties in this resort which have been renovated. I really don’t think this property is worth the amount of money we paid for 3 nights. Verandah needed a good clean.

It was very clean and it had everything that you would need. Nothing to add here. We loved everything.
- Greg (5/5): Good specious unit in a great location - Location is always perfect there. I stay at the oaks often because of the great location. Apartment had a fishy smell when entering it. Everything looked clean enough. however, the bed sheets were stained that were put onto the main bed. i didn't like the fact there wasn't a freezer section in the fridge - although the fridge was really good and very cold. The addition of another TV in the bedroom was a great idea in theory but sadly didn't have any connection to be able to watch the TV and trying to download the LG Thin app also didn't work for me. The bed, while it was spacious, there was a noticeable drop from one King Single to the other. Making for uncomfortable sleep when with your partner.

Pool was taken over daily by one group of people so not enough pool chairs/sunbeds.

- Renee (4/5): Disappointing - The bed for the children was broken on arrival. Tried to contact the managing company on all forms of contacts and still have not recieved a reply and we checked out today. When we dropped off the keys and advised the managing company of the issues with the bedding and the cleanliness of the room they werent concerened at all and did nothing about my concerns. Very dissapointed with their service. The room felt like it hadnt been cleaned properly since the last quests.

- Skye (4/5): Dirty apartment but great location? - The location and the pool were great. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty (with stuck on food).
The sofa bed had food crumbs all over it.
The trundle bed had dirty and stained sheets
The lounge throw pillows had sticky stains on them.
The upstairs TV turned off randomly when watching and the remote only worked sometimes. We even replaced the batteries to try and fix it.
The shower head upstairs was loose and leaking.
The bathroom downstairs had a light that constantly flickered.
Even though the layout of the apartment was great. The location was great but it seems as though they just change the sheets (if that), and don't really do any other kind of cleaning or maintenance on the apartment.

1 of the girls from the Oakes lobby gave me 2 cards so at least we could get up & down the levels into the car park & pool area.
* No Wifi so 1 of the girls came to the lobby to give us 1.
* TVs not tuned.
* Dryer didn’t work.
* Bed/Trundle has zip ties holding it together.

- Alana (7/5): whilst the location was good, the amenities could have been better. - position the property was dusty in areas. the walls were very thin which made it very noisy. there were no toiletries nor coffee/tea provided. the only soap was dish detergent and a broken bottle of hand wash. the exit tiles were test all rubbish be taken out and dishes washed m, dried and out away. this made us very nervous that the previous renters were to be trusted to have washed the dishes correctly. I would suggest new tenants pre wash dishes pans, pots and utensils prior to using just to make sure.

- David (8/5): Enjoyable Family time. - We didn't have any breakfast - was something meant to be supplied? I was told there was to be a little welcome package including some washing detergent etc... but we didn't get that. However, we liked the property and would stay there again. Minor cleaning matters and the stovetop didn't work, but all in all, the accommodation worked well for us and we enjoyed our time there. It was unfortunate the gym wasn't operational but the pool was very nice.

Made it a little difficult when trying to brush your teeth or have a shave when the sink filled with water and couldn't dissipate.
