Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Julias Place offers a clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment including access to a quiet garden area. Private entry and parking facility is also included. No long distances. Very friendly and pleasant hosts, proving ready to assist when needed. A perfect base for visiting Echmiadzin and surroundings, with good potential for relaxation. Truly to be recommended.
Stevetai (8/5): Very good - Convenient location for visiting all of Vagharshapat sights and experiences. Private entrance to accommodation, away from main road, so very peaceful and quite location. I stayed here for 1 week, and left felling totally relaxed and chilled. Access to outdoor, covered garden area and grill (although I never used it). Apartment was very well decorated, and had a very homely feeling to it. Hosts were wonderful, proving fruit from their garden. Recommended. The bed was a little uncomfortable. I resolved this by using a spare duvet as a mattress topper. More for convenience, but providing a mop for the bathroom would improve the floor drying process.
