The main bedroom includes a Queen size bed and the second bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds. Please note that the smaller 2nd bedroom can sleep 4 guests in bunk beds, however the property manager advises that the 2nd bedroom is more suited to 2 adults or 1-4 children.

• John (6/5): Okay. - Noise from upstairs/next door appartments. Some coffee and milk would have been a nice touch.
• AngelaC (9/5): An older, but lovely, apartment in a beautiful beach side location - The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay but would have been just as suitable for a longer visit. The location was great and the apartment was clean and comfortable with lovely furnishings and modern upgrades to finishes throughout. We would happily stay there again for a longer stay. Nothing to complain about as verything was to our liking and we were very comfortable. The kitchen taps were the only thing that could benefit from some attention but this may be more of a pipe issue in the actual building.

The host's communication was excellent as he was prompt in his replies and helpful. The unit is close to the local surf club which is a fantastic venue with great meals. It was a great place to stay, as it is close to lots of awesome wineries, restaurants and cafes.

• Roslyn (8/5): Great location 2 bedroom apartment - Great location . Walking distance to Silver Sands SLSC. Bus stop at front door. Had everything we needed. Modern bathroom with washing machine. A suggestion only - an outdoor setting on front terrace would be useful.

• Annette (10/5): Great Little Beach Unit - Great location and beautiful views. Convenient to restaurants and supermarket. Perfect little beach unit that was lovely and clean. Access to the beach was great. It wasnt a real problem, but it is a very narrow driveway.
• Laura (10/5): Perfect - Location is amazing. I was on a working holiday and it was fabulous to hear and see the beach everyday. Everything was well thought of with everything I needed. So quiet and peaceful. Sometimes the hot water would go out quick but I assume this was the nature of winter. Overall amazing and I would stay again
• Olivia (10/5): It was convenient, clean and in an excellent location - The location was amazing - so close to the beach, and such a convenient spot. It was also extremely safe, with the keys in the lock box. The apartment was very clean, and the owners left a manual in the living room, containing information about the apartment and the area, including maps and menus. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

• Chris (5/5): There would have to be some upgrade in presentation and comfort for us to even want to consider coming back - We loved the calm surroundings and views We weren’t very impressed with the very sullen attitude of the girl at reception who gave us our keys. She was not very helpful with directions much less anything else Very awkward for our older friends to try to unlock the main door to enter, no latch to hold the main entry open to bring our bags through etc and then climb the stairs, Very stinky entry way up the stairs to our room. The apartment was in dire need of upkeep. Hey Big Spender! And from what I’ve read within the other reviews, there seems to be a common theme. Was very disappointed with the horrible saggy bed mattresses. Our backs and necks were stuffed after just 2 nights. With reply’s of promises to work on improving things, yet clearly they are just empty words.

• Hampton (10/5): Wonderful stay and excellent host, who rang to check if all was OK. - The property was well positioned for a relaxing 4 days, and suited our requirements. The scope allowed for travel to McLaren Vale and South to Victor Harbor to take in the great scenery. We would consider booking again. Being winter the heating was excellent.

Close to a few restaurants and about 2 kilometres from the township. Gateway to the Fleureiu Peninsula or McLaren Vale wine regions. Very happy 😊 Everything from the accommodation to the close many options of travel and dining out. The apartment was beautifully kept and all the essentials0th for a great stay. 😀

• Gazby (4/5): Most uncomfortable mattress which made it impossible to sleep soundly. - The communication with the host was great, however phone signal at the property was poor. Location was good driveway was very narrow so would be tight for large vehicles. The Beds were so uncomfortable, I even tried the bunks and the mattress there was just as bad as the double bed. They really need replacing. The couches weren't much better. The WiFi didn't work either.

• Annabel (9/5): 2 grandmothers and 3 granddaughters, our regular school holiday catch up with each other, perfect place to stay and lots - Easy to get to, fantastic location, well set up for self-catering, close (but not too close) to good grocery shopping, great little bathroom with lovely quality toiletry products, extremely comfortable beds, Netflix and internet access was excellent. Good aircondioner, just needed to warm up in the evenings and mornings. Also it’s a ground-level apartment, so no stairs to lug your luggage up!! A big plus for me. Overall, fresh, well equipped, comfortable and affordable. A clothes airer would’ve been handy for the towels.

We liked it all but if I had to say one thing, parking. Parking is extremely tight down the back, especially when all parks are full.

It was quiet and comfortable The car parking was good until all 4 cars were in, then I had trouble turning around to get out. Had to reverse up a narrow steep driveway. The choice of pillows either very high and hard or very low and soft.

• Julia (8/5): All you need for a great getaway near the gorgeous Aldinga Beach. - Everything I needed for a holiday to visit my grandsons. Loved finding out how close the beach access was from the unit. The car parking was only slightly tricky to get out of, and the access to entry door a bit precarious if you are older or a bit unsteady on your feet. I was glad of the sturdy hand rail. The big plant on way into access door really needs cutting back, suitcase needed room to get through, along with me haha But really I must say I had a very enjoyable stay with little to no noise at all from other appartments.

• Peter (8/5): Very good - For the very reasonable price, the property is strongly recommended. It is clean, tidy, well located for the beach and local touring such as wine regions. A good range of restaurants is near at hand. The esplanade location is good for views and access to the beach, but passing traffic was very loud at times, particularly from late afternoon till mid evening.

Love the heating cooling system. Good wifi connection, fantastic how there's own parking with clothes line pegs and all. Really recommend coming here in summer as it's right across the road from the beach and bus stop (: Easy access doors also 👌 😎 loved my stay here The vacuum dies fast so I recommend using on low setting but it's fanatic for a quick clean up as it's cordless but other than that loved everything (:

• Nigel (7/5): A pleasant and economical stay. I would recommend it for families - The property was spotlessly clean. It was particularly suitable for a couple travelling with children. Furnishings were functional but fine for a family (We are an older couple) and the price was really good. The beach is a short 50 m walk away across some natural bush scrub on a footpath. The location was a bit noisier during the day as the road outside, which is on a bus route, can get relatively busy. We thought that a bit of clearing out might be in order- fewer nick-nacks and sorting out an over abundance of kitchen pans and utensils would help. In fact, a bit of sorting out would probably enable the owner to charge more! However, none of this is a deal breaker.
• Courtney (9/5): Quaint unit with beach access - good location near entrance to Aldinga beach and within driving distance to local shops and restaurants. nice and clean apartment with aircon in main living area and fans in both bedrooms. the mattress was very comfortable, although the frame may need tightening. this unit is well priced for this location and facilities. The host, Ian, was easily contactable and very friendly. thank you for having us! the steep driveway and sloped back stairs may be a challenge for people with mobility concerns.

• Nova (8/5): the service and cleanliness of this spot was excellent. the location across the street from the beach is great. it could - the location is fantastic, across the road from the beach. the service was very quick and friendly. easy check in and out. the bathroom is very new and clean. it was well cleaned over all. great value for the price. it could use a few updates. a new bed in the master as it wasn’t very comfortable and some updates to the blinds and furniture would go a long way.
