• Udo (7/5): War OK. Aber ich würde nicht wieder buchen. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Zu Fuß schnell ins Zentrum. Einkaufen in 2 Minuten Fußweg möglich. Die Außenanlagen rund ums Haus war nicht so einladend. Steckdosen zum Teil aus der Halterung. Gerade im Bad nicht ganz so ungefährlich. Aber 5 Minuten Arbeit und die Steckdosen sind wieder sicher. Kommunikation eigentlich sehr gut. Leider wurde unser TV-Problem, kein ARD und einige andere Sender nicht im Empfang. Problemmeldung und es gab keine Reaktion.
• Aliona (10/5): - Расположение прекрасное. Наша квартира была большой, удобной. Номер 4. В целом все было не плохо. Мы хорошо провели время. Когда мы вошли, оказалось, что верхнюю одежду некуда повесить. Был шкаф, но не было вешалок и крючков. Такое приветствие от хозяйки. В шкафу в комнате оказалось несколько вешалок. Есть кофе машина, тостер, микроволновка (грязная). Но нет хотя бы чуть-чуть чая и кофе на первое время. Нет элементарных продуктов для гостей, чтоб было чем перекусить. Когда мы приехали, узнали, что попали на Вознесение Господне и все магазины были закрыты. Хозяйка должна предупреждать гостей о таких обстоятельствах. Все пишут в отзывах о грязных старых полотенцах, плохих матрасах и подушках. Так и есть. Все было чисто. Постель аккуратно застелена. Спасибо хозяйке за это. Но на полотенцах есть пятна. Интерьер нуждается в косметическом ремонте, а терраса и ставни должны быть вымыты, когда принимаешь гостей за 840€. Мы провели там 4 ночи. Плюс к этому заплатили туристическую пошлину 49€. Не маленькие деньги для того, чтоб ожидать элементарного гостеприимства и оснащения. А также хозяйка не ответила на наш вопрос о парковке, когда мы не смогли проехать в узкие ворота и оставили машину на парковке напротив.
• Ninon43 (2/5): Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. - Die Matratzen waren ok. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Inneneinrichtung allein zweckmäßig, mit alten Möbeln, ohne Liebe und Stil. Außenbereich besteht aus verdreckten Plastikstühlen mit siffigen Sitzpolstern. Geht gar nicht! Das Haus an sich würde alles hergeben, um ein authentisches Alpenflair wiederzugeben, aber unser Eindruck war, Geld verdienen, aber nichts investieren. Schade!

• Maksym (10/5): - Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, mit großem Balkon und malerischer Aussicht und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Unsere Empfehlung!

• Linda (8/5): Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen - Prima plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. Goede bedden. Alles aanwezig. Je moet niet slecht ter been zijn . Wij moesten voor het appartement met twee slaapkamers een steile trap op.
• Maren (2/5): Diese Unterkunft können wir nicht empfehlen. - Die Lage der Wohnung war gut, zentral zur Altstadt gelegen. Handtuchheizung im Badezimmer funktionierte. Die Wohnung war nur auf den ersten Blick sauber. Schimmel im Badezimmer, der nach Aufforderung mit einem handelsüblichen Schimmelentferner oberflächlich entfernt wurde. An sämtlichen Fensterrahmen befanden sich schwarze dicke Schmutzablagerungen. (evtl. auch Schimmel) Das Geschirr war nicht zusammenpassend, angeschlagen und teilweise schmutzig im Schrank. Kochen für drei Personen war aufgrund der schlechten Ausstattung nicht möglich. Die Möbel sind alle überaltert. Die Matratzen aber gut. Aufgrund der Fotos in der Anzeige waren wir davon ausgegangen, dass die Küche auch als Wohnbereich mit Sofa genutzt werden kann. Hier gibt es nur einen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Es fehlte Staubsauger, Besen und Schrubber um selber sauberzumachen. Die Heizung in der Küche wurde nur mäßig warm.

• Klaus (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Die Lage des Hauses Die Gästekarte kam erst sehr spät. Leider gab es in der Unterkunft keine Trinkgläser. Diese sollten uns gebracht werden, ist aber nicht erfolgt. Der Garten könnte etwas aufgeräumter sein.
• Liudmyla (8/5): Хороший вариант для ночевки и остановки на пару дней. Всё под рукой - Удобные матрасы, хорошее расположение, Очень просторное жилье. Хорошо спится. Все по близости. Мы жили в апартаментах номер 3 на 1 этаже. Отсутствие посудомоечной. Грязновато-серого цвета полотенца с пятнами. Хорошо что мы взяли свои. Противень ржавый, нужно заменить. Пришлось застилать фольгой. Поцарапаные сковородки с поврежденным тефлоновым покрытием. В целом достаточное количество посуды. Отсутствие ведер для сортировки мусора. Владелец просит сортировать мусор в 4 разных контейнера, но при этом отсутствуют контейнеры для его сортировки в квартире. Слышатся как соседи ходят сверху и двигают стулья по полу, но нас это не сильно беспокоило. Очень узкий въезд на парковку, необходимо быть внимательным чтобы не поцарапать.
• Silvia (6/5): Für drei Tage gut - bei einer Woche hätten mich die Mängel sehr gestört. - die Lage war sehr gut - man konnte zu Fuß in die Altstadt und zum Bahnhof, wo auch alle Wanderbusse fahren. Wanderparkplätze sind nämlich voll und teuer. Der Mühlbach vor dem Haus war durch ein Wehr o.ä. sehr laut. Man konnte dadurch nachts die Schlafzimmerfenster nicht öffnen. daher war es ziemlich warm. Wir haben uns geholfen, indem wir die Zimmertüren offen ließen und die Küchen- und Badfenster zum Hinterhof. Das ist aber nicht grade gemütlich, bzw. ungut, wenn nicht alle gleichzeitig schlafen. Die Geschirrauststattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Töpfe und Pfannen o.k.. Sonst ein Restesammelsurium. Ein nettes alpenländisches Geschirr, das zum ansonsten netten bäuerlichen Haus passt, hätte für schöne Ferienstimmung gesorgt. Keine Spülmaschine und Backofen! Vor allem bei dem hohen Preis. Der ist aber wohl einfach der Lage geschuldet.
• Melanie (2/5): Leider kein schöner Aufenthalt für uns! - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Leider waren wir überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Die Bilder auf der Homepage sind sehr irreführend und entsprachen nicht der Realität unserer Wohnung im Haus. Unsere Unterkunft wirkte wie ein umgebauter Waschkeller. Im Badezimmer roch es permanent ekelhaft aus dem Abfluss und am letzten Tag kamen leider aus dem Duschabfluss Fäkalien. An einer Bettdecke klebte ein Kinderpflaster. Die allgemeine Ausstattung und besonders die der Küche war stark verbesserungsfähig. Insgesamt wirkte alles sehr lieblos zusammengewürfelt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte leider überhaupt nicht. Am meisten störte uns, dass auf unsere Beschwerde leider überhaupt keine Antwort von der Vermieterin kam.
• Nora (1/5): Warnung! - Für die Eigentümerin wahrscheinlich das perfekte Objekt mit immenser Rendite ohne eigene Investition. Der einzige Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war Ihre Ablehnung einer etwas früheren Ankunftszeit. Darüber hinaus kam auf keine Nachricht eine Antwort. Folgende Punkte prägten das Bild: -starker „Duft“ nach Kloake aus dem Bad zieht durch gesamte Wohnung in einem Duett mit Geruch nach Schimmel -verschmutztes Bad (Vorleger und Boden, Schimmel in und um Dusche, verschmierte Dusche mit Haaren, Fließen kaputt, dass man sich Strümpfe aufreißen kann) - Handtücher zweifelhaft sauber - Tapete löst sich teilweise von der nassen Wand - Küche spärlich ausgestattet, zu wenig Teller, Besteck, Rand des Sperrholztisches ist aufgeplatzt und auch dort besteht Verletzungsgefahr - sehr hellhörig - keine Mülltrennung - keine Gästekarten erhalten Und das ganze für 555€ für 2 Nächte :)
• Kortekaas (7/5): Prima appartement met uitstekende ligging. - Ruim appartement. Goede ligging. Vlakbij het centrum, een supermarkt en bezienswaardigheden. Het was schoon en de bedden en douche waren goed. Handdoeken zijn toe aan vervanging. Dun en rafelig. We waren er 4 nachten. Ik heb om schone gevraagd en die heb ik keurig gekregen.

Potraviny za rohom. Mali sme prizemny apartman - chybal nam vyhlad na hory. Jedna sa o starsi dom z 1825, nabytok je taky ako volakedy, postele ok.

• Roman (7/5): ogólnie mile spędzone 4dni, fajne górki i jezioro w pobliżu - przestronny, klimatyczny - szczególnie w letnie upały apartament, wygodne łóżka, zaciszny parking - choć wjazd szerokim samochodem może być problematyczny, dzięki karcie gościa można poruszać się komunikacją miejską, super wygodne położenie. hałas wody z jazu na kanale szczególnie dający się w nocy, łazienka i WC bardzo przeciętne a nawet poniżej standardu, problematyczny prysznic, w kuchni brak zmywarki, niezbyt czysty piekarnik, patelnie do wymiany, zbieranina sztućców i talerzy, dla ludzi o słabszych nerwach rozwiązaniem może być sąsiadujący JYSK

• Michael (5/5): Not what we expected. - We did not stay. We felt the lower level unit had low ceilings and felt uncomfortable so we switched to a hotel.
• Aizhan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was super cozy and clean. We enjoyed our time roaming around the old town which is not far away, everything one needs is in the nearby vicinity. I highly recommend this place for it's home like atmosphere ☺️
• Nosh (9/5): Spacious and comfortable family apartment. - The host was very responsive and answered all our queries within a few minutes, as a tourist to the area this made our stay pleasant. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4. The rooms were large with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped with sufficient cutlery and pots for preparing meals. The hot water in the kitchen and shower was continuous, which helped with the cold weather. Not a fault of the host, the drive way to the parking area is narrow and you need to exercise caution when entering.

• Carolyn (7/5): Good - A comfortable stay in a traditional house which was clean and spacious. It is centrally located for public transport and such an easy village to explore. Yes, the furnishing are extremely outdated, but this adds to the charm of the traditional building. The kitchen was missing some basics, a bread knife, bottle opener and appropriate recycling bags for the garbage 😞. A few small provisions such as a teabags/coffee are expected as a traveller, which are not provided at this accomodation. Watch out for the shower rose…it’s challenging to keep the water contained in the shower cubicle with just a shower curtain.
• Skye (8/5): Very good - Easy check in, comfortable beds, responsive host, lovely property and location. Easy to flood the bathroom as the shower is a raised platform with only a curtain. A few basics in the kitchen like tea, oil, salt and pepper would be nice.
• Stamatios (10/5): Stunning jewel! - There are no less words than jewel to describe it. We spent a two days vacation in Berchtesgarden as a family and we needed no more than just a cheap appartment near the city, providing only the basic amenities. However, from the very first time that we entered the house we got stunned about how cute, cozy and rustic the whole appartment was. In approximately 8 minutes walk from the HBF (train & bus station), the hotel looks like an ordinary house in the base of the hill (hopefully in case of mobility limitations), surrounded by a garden and divided in appartments. Each of them looked like fully equipped appartment. In our case, we had an appartment on the ground floor divided into two large bedrooms (one of them with fireplace!!), one little kitchen with its own comfortable sofa and one bathroom with a toilet room. A corridor between the bedrooms and the kitchen-bathroom made sure that noise wouldn't interrupt each other's sleep.The appartment had a lot of windows with cute little curtains and a direct view in the garden. Looked like a dreamy dollhouse, quiet, clean and always warm. And the price was the best catch, equivalent to that of an ordinary room in non-popular resorts. Even though my whole family think that on vacation we need the accomodation only for sleep and bathing, this extra sparkle definitely contributed to the overall experience and made us reconsider the whole concept of booking for a vacation. The bathroom door located at the end of the corridor was made of frosted glass (semi-transparent) and, while not opposite to the second bedroom's door, we had to make an announcement among us every time that we had to make a bath. Hopefully that wasn't necessary with the toilet since it was separated inside the bathroom in each own room by a wooden door. Moreover, in the bathroom the window had broken its opening mechanism.

• Danielle (9/5): A wonderful place to stay in Berchtesgaden! - I liked how well-equipped the kitchen was and the bathroom was shower was superb. I also appreciated the free parking and of course, allowing pets! The only reason why I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 was because the pillows weren't comfortable and the duvet/blanket were too hot for the summer.

Although there were lots of beer glasses some wine glasses would have been useful. Salt, pepper, and sugar would also have been helpful. The apartment has no oven. So no good for cooking pizza!

• Anonymous (4/5): not worth the expensive price - good location tiny towels did not dry body well, size of a bath mat. Very cold inside even with heating on. Thin walls heard all conversations of the people staying next door. Water pump I’m assuming? made extremely loud noises anytime water was in use was not pleasant. Had what appeared to be the owners arguing right outside our window while our curtains were open very uncomfortable situation. Also door was extremely hard to unlock and took multiple attempts to unlock.

• Aiping (10/5): Excellent! - Very comfortable rooms, full equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, fast wifi, very clean, good bedding, pretty much hot water, good location, with guest cards, we could ride to Berchtesgaden train station (where we can ride buses to every tourist attractive) only one bus stop. the bus stop is just 100 meters from Haus Gasserer. The checkin/out is easy since the key is just in the key box on the wall of the front door. With the opening cord, you could arrive anytime after 15:00. pm.. highly recommend! floor is noise when walking.

• Paula (9/5): Bliss in Berchestgaden - Perfect location, nice accommodations, comfortable space, kitchenette, great hot water. Parking was very tight. Other minor issues such as no standard broom, no can or bottle opener - easily remedied by purchasing a can and bottle opener at the very convenient neighborhood Edeka and using the hand brush provided.
• Michael (10/5): Very spacious and comforatble accommodation and excellent location. Highly recommend. - Very spacious and comfortable apartment, with two large bedrooms with double beds in each. Location was also very good. There was a supermarket 100m away, and the downtown area was maybe 300m away although you had to trudge up the hill to get to it. Hostess was very accommodating. We bought a couple of frozen pizzas to have one evening only to discover that there was no oven in the apartment. There was a cooker and microwave, but no oven. But I can't complain as the overall accommodation was more than satisfactory.

• Fernanda (10/5): Perfect - The room exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, well furnished, and nicely decorated, having everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well fitted, and we could pleasantly prepare and have our meals there. The bed was very comfortable and the shower very nice and warm. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the Central Station by foot. We loved our stay and would definitely come back and recommend it.
• Mark (9/5): Cute house in a central location - excellent choice for my family with 2 teens. - Great location in Bertchesgaden, easy to walk into the town and convenient to tourist attractions like the Salt Mines and Eagle's Nest. Kitchen had everything needed for a week-long stay. No easy place to relax outside of the bedrooms, but was as advertised. Parking was a little tight, but manageable.
