Heike (9/5): Die Villa Borwin ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus. Sehr ruhig. Tiefgarage ist per Aufzug erreichbar 👍 - Ruhige Lage, trotzdem sehr zentral, 5 Minuten zur Seebrücke, 1 Minute zum Bäcker !!! Das 'Lichtkonzept' des Wohnzimmers hat noch Luft nach oben💡😉
Monika (10/5): Sonne, Wind und blaues Meer... - Eine Super Unterkunft mit wirklich allem, was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub braucht! Die Lage konnte nicht besser sein: genau im Zentrum von Kühlungsborn Ost, aber in der zweiten Reihe, wo es wunderbar ruhig war und uns die Vögel mit ihrem Gezwitscher jeden Morgen geweckt haben. Und in zehn Schritten schon am Strand! Das Auto hatte auch einen Urlaubsplatz in der Tiefgarage, sehr praktisch! Bäcker und Gaststätten, auch eine sehr gute Eisdiele, in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Wir sind vollauf zufrieden! Nix

Martin Danisch (9/5): - Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, sehr zentral. Sehr komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Tiefgaragenparkplatz war sehr vom Vorteil. Wohnung war über einen Fahrstuhl im Haus zu erreichen. Mir ist nichts negatives aufgefallen.
Sascha (10/5): Wir kommen wieder - Sehr süß eingerichtet . Das Appartement ist nach hinten raus, dadurch der leise . Die Räume sind großzügig und sehr gemütlich . Es gibt eine Garage direkt unterm Haus und die Lage ist Mega . Wenige Schritte zur Seebrücke Die Parkplätze in der Garage sind sehr eng . Aber es gab einen !!!
