• Janet (10/5): Excellent space with waterfall view! - Roomy, clean, and sleek apartment. Everything in thoughtful order, and an amazing waterfall view from the back windows! We LOVED Lauterbrunnen, and our stay here made us not want to leave. I’ll be recommending this property! Bed is low to the ground. Dryer took a very long time to dry. But truly, this was a wonderful apartment!

• Clara (10/5): Wonderful view of Staubbach Falls - The apartment is clean and spacious, with a 10 minute scenic walk to the town centre and train station. The view of the Staubbach Falls from the living room and bedroom windows is beautiful. Do bring coffee capsules and tea sachets if required.

Easy and quick access to bus that provides quick connections to the main train station in Lauterbrunnen and the gondola to Murren and Schilthorn. Wouldn't change anything.

• Nikki (10/5): - This was our favourite accommodation on our trip. The location was lovely and waking up to the waterfalls was a treat. We really enjoyed the privacy and space along with the ability to cook for ourselves. Facilities were excellent and communication with the host team was always available. Our big doggy especially appreciated being able to spread out on the tiled floors after a long day waking in the sun.

Bus stop to town is a minutes walk from property. It had everything we needed for an amazing 6night stay in the area. The manager was very responsive to our questions & special request. The pillows on bed need replacing. I’ve given this feedback to the property manager.
• Craig (8/5): Very functional accomodation close to the centre, we enjoyed our stay. - All very functional and in a good location. About a 10 min walk to the centre which we enjoyed along the river. Nice for us being on the ground floor so no cases to carry upstairs. We arrived at the time we agreed 3pm but the property was still not cleaned from the previous people. The owner did respond very quickly and the cleaners were there quickly too. It was very clean once they had finished.

The waterfall view from both the bedroom and living room was stunning. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the large parking area was a plus. The bus stop is right outside, or you can enjoy a beautiful 10-minute walk to the railway station. The Smart TV had all the popular apps, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Nothing to complain about at all—everything was great! Perhaps providing a few dishwasher tablets would be a nice added touch.

• Laifong (6/5): Good home to stay but need safer arrangements - The stay was as described and as shown in the photos exactly. Love the location and the house, it was also maintained well with all the amenities you can think of for living in an actual home and certainly kept as a BNB. What could have been better? There are only sheer curtains in the apartment and it is facing outside (ground floor) which felt very unsafe with no outdoor lobby/ street lights and was not great for privacy either. Guest card was provided only when requested twice with a day’s delay (leaving us only one day to use). One thing to keep in mind is that- there was no housekeeping service from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. So it’s all on the guests to keep the place tidy and use the same towels, etc. made available at the time of check-in.

Our bedroom faced the waterfall and mountains and its and absolutely spectacular view! Loved the whole house as it was accessible and super convenient to travel from the main Lauterbrunnen train station! It’s so straightforward that you will not be able to get lost! Even though I liked the whole property, we got a rude shock when we first arrived as the owner possibly had some miscommunication with their cleaner, as the property was not cleaned when we first arrived. Used bedsheets, towels, trash not thrown away from the previous tenant, and toilets were not cleaned. It is understandable that things like this happens.. but it was not a good first impression for first time guests that arrived at the property for the first time. The owners were also pretty responsive and acted fast when they found out that the property was not cleaned and came down personally to clean up the property.

They have fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. You could woke up with a view of waterfall just outside the window. The wifi also working really well. The host also very informative and helpful.

Kitchen facilities are top-notched with everything you could possibly need. There’s also a washer and a dryer, and a drying rack. It was cold during winter. Need to put on more layers. Also, conserve hot water so that you can take a hot shower at night.

Appreciated having some laundry and dishwasher detergent. Nice covered patio area. There was some confusion about running out of hot water on our first night. Never understood the problem but it was no problem for the rest of the stay. Some written instructions/comments might be helpful to future guests. The apartment was a bit hard to keep cool without opening the windows. It always seemed warm to us, but that could be just our personal preference. These are just comments for improvement, we loved staying here for 5 nights and will return if we are ever in the same area again!

The location is quiet, away from the main street but connected by the postbus (141) which stops directly outside the area of the property (3 stops from main station). Key collection was simple. The property has everything you need, kitchen supplies, washing machine, dryer, TV. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was like a home away from home. Not a property issue but I stayed during summer and there were a few bugs if you keep the windows ajar.

We could walk up and down the valley. it was walking distance to town for great restaurants. we didn’t want to leave!
