It had absolutely everything and more and great heating so we were never cold. John met us and showed us how everything worked. We appreciated that plus being able to put the car in the garage. • Debby P (10/5): Fantastic place and great pricing. - We recently stayed at Kennedy Executive Townhouse and were really impressed. It’s a very modern, spacious 3-bedroom townhouse with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of living space for everyone to spread out, the bedrooms were beautifully furnished, and the whole place was super clean and lovely and warm. The location was quiet and peaceful, which made it even more relaxing. Would definitely recommend, and we’re already looking forward to staying there again Nothing.

• Adrienne (7/5): Nice but for the price, the beds should have been much better - The property is modern and very clean. Lounge suites are all recliners and comfortable. Full amenities provided (kitchen and laundry, garaging, dining table). The master shower has only a rose coming from the ceiling, which is unsuitable if you don't want to get your hair wet, as its impossible to stay out of the water. The master bed was uncomfortable. Both my husband and I had sore backs in the morning. The three messages before arriving to confirm the number of guests, and the note left in the property forbidding any visitors was both annoying and unnecessary patronizing

• Jocelyn (10/5): Good place to stop as we head up to Kangaroo Island. The Blue Lake and Sunken Garden was beautiful to see. John is a g - Beautiful house. Clean. Good location. Quiet. Bed very comfortable. It has everything you need in a home. John, the host was very responsive. He even waited for us to arrive (around 2030) to make sure we get into the property without issues. Thank you John. None
• Sukumar (1/5): - I enjoyed my morning coffee by seeing the sunrise from the living room. The host's demeanor was unwelcoming, which immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As guests, we anticipate a fundamental level of hospitality and professionalism, which was notably absent. The overall experience was unsatisfactory. We also observed that the hand wash provided was four years past its expiration date. Furthermore, the host prohibited the use of the bathtub without providing a rationale. During the initial house introduction, the host emphasized a $1000 fine for any damage to the blinds. Additionally, a comment was made suggesting that we may not have previously experienced accommodation of this caliber. Felt relief soon after leaving the accommodation!

Close to blue late and Umpherston sinkhole. Supermarket 5 mins away for supplies. We were met at the property and shown how everything worked. Nothing.
• Karen (10/5): Brilliant property, the hosts obviously have a lot of pride. - Really excellent property. The host had a lot of pride in the property, which was very well appointed. Check out was 10am. We checked out 9.45am. Felt like we were being watched and hurried along. We got a reminder that check out was 10am and the cleaning crew would be there at PRECISELY that time. It was obvious the cleaning team were keen to get in. A cleaning basket appeared at the front door at 9.30am A man sat in a car out front watching our departure. It was creepy and a little rude.

View was great as was heating which was needed in the morning. Bit far to walk into town. Wooden Venetian blinds in front bedroom let in light from front porch light which cannot be switched off.

• Yu Hua (9/5): - The accommodation is very modern and clean, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, there were a couple of issues that could be improved. The coating on the frying pan was peeling off, and I would recommend replacing it for safety reasons. In addition, not all bathrooms were equally equipped. Some bathrooms did not have shampoo and conditioner, and the downstairs bathroom did not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

• Judy (10/5): - I thought the townhouse was amazing, John met us on arrival & showed us through the house, which was very spacious, beautifully decorated, with nice views. All of the beds were comfortable, with separate bathrooms & walk-in robes. The main living area had plenty of comfortable seating. My only regret was that we didn't stay longer.

• Courtney (10/5): Mt Gambier House - The space was great for a large family. Honestly it was a great stay. The only thing was that the master bed was low at the head so your feet were higher than your heart. But the other beds were good to sleep in.

Tv in bedroom .Good hot shower. Big fridge and freezer. Lots of cooking equipment. Lots of room. Loved the art work. Got to use the garage. We were extremely happy and would definitely stay here again..

They all offer all shampoo, conditioner etc and some even have moisturizer etc Not enough power points for charging phones No milk, every air bnb I have stayed in leaves long life milk, juice, fruit and many other treats for us

The strategically placed Toy Story “toys” placed high and labeled not toys aroused suspicion as to their purpose. If just for decorative purposes, they should be removed as they don’t follow the theme of the house.

• Bradley (9/5): Kennedy apartments one of the greatest value for money stays in Mount Gambier - Very comfortable modern apartment. Designer furnished and spacious 2 story, 4 bedroom apartment, with remote controlled blinds, pop up televisions, and many more mod cons including heated floor in the master bathroom. Perfect location, peaceful yet the city centre is 7 mins away. Cleanliness not great but okay. The kitchen stuff eas pretty bad, plates cutlery, kitchen utensils etc were dirty, so you should probably put the items you think you will use through the dishwasher to clean it first.
