- The apartment's spacious layout and practical distribution, with well-sized rooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 WC, a kitchen with a dining area, and a separate living room
- Each bedroom is equipped with its own sink.
- Provided essentials: bedsheets, towels, dishwashing liquid, condiments, kitchen paper, coffee capsules (4), oil, and vinegar.
- Pet-friendly (with an additional fee).
- Convenient app for managing the stay: pay extras, access Wi-Fi and check in/out information, request late checkout, pay tourist taxes, download invoices, etc. - Overpriced with outdated furniture that included the absolute cheapest options from IKEA.
- Walls and doors are paper-thin throughout the apartment, making it impossible to have any privacy. For example, while having breakfast in the kitchen, we could hear every detail from someone using the bathroom next door—extremely unpleasant and no intimacy.
- The bedding was not comfortable, and one of the bedrooms had a very low tatami-style bedframe, which was not noticeable from the pictures. If we had known, we would not have booked it, as we have back problems.
- Limited parking: Only 1 slot for an apartment that accommodates up to 8 people. We were 4 adults with 2 cars, and it was a mess.
- Far from the ski lift; not ideal for skiers.
- Instructed to strip all bed-linen, remove towels, place them on the bathroom floor, and take out garbage at checkout—far too much self-service for the high price paid.
- The late checkout process was a complete disaster. I was informed at all times that late checkout was subject to availability and would only be confirmed during our stay, but what’s the point of paying for a late checkout to be informed at almost 1 PM (two hours after the standard checkout time)? Do they expect us to pack up and sit in the living room, waiting for a confirmation, so we can ski for just two hours?
Despite requesting late checkout 2 weeks in advance, I was asked again at 8 PM the night before to reconfirm and reselect my late checkout details through their app. We had requested a late checkout at 4 PM (which was not cheap), but the lack of clear communication caused us unnecessary stress and ruined our ski day.
Their chatbot provided no resolution, and no one responded to the phone number provided via Booking.com when I tried to call for clarification.
To make matters worse, I was charged twice for the late checkout. (I was refunded immediately after complaining)

Kitchen is very old
- Zorab (9/5): Good location nice family place - It was in a very nice location and it was Nothing was wrong every thing was perfect

- Saruultugs (10/5): Exceptional - Superb view with very clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and welcoming host. There is a space for 1 car parking but as it accommodates up to 8 people 2 places of parking might have been good. Otherwise it is a perfect stay.
