No gas is bbq. Dishwasher doesn’t work, no linen but linen on beds looked slept in, vacuum sitting in lounge room, bins full prior to arriving, managing service less than helpful.

It was easy to collect the keys and return them on checkout
The apartment was quite well stocked with kitchen requirements / crockery etc It was extremely noisy early in the mornings due to garbage collection and large truck delivery's
The apartment looked tired and unloved - needing painting and removal of no longer functioning extremely large air conditioning unit. The outside space was large but very unattractive.
The real estate company who managed this property took a $500 bond for our two night stay and held on to it for a total of 21 days only returning it after I called them

would definitely stay here again the only negative was I wish I’d booked direct with the real estate and not through Booking.com and getting slugged with extra hidden booking fees
- Lisam (7/5): Good - Great location and loads of room to be outside enjoying the beautiful weather with everyone. Definitely somewhere I would stay again and would be nice if they upgraded some of the dishes/utensils. Definitely needs an upgrade inside. The dishes and utensils need replacing and the tea towels were horrid. Not sure how long it had been since the cleaner had been there. When walking upstairs to the apartment, it smelt of petrol, so not sure what that was about.
