Nikolay (10/5): - Ich war angenehm überrascht von meinem Aufenthalt in den Apartments. Alles war auf höchstem Niveau: saubere Räume, sauberes und neues Geschirr. Der Support hat sofort geantwortet – dafür ein großes, besonderes Dankeschön. Ich bin mit diesen Apartments unglaublich zufrieden geblieben und kann sie allen, die in der Stadt entspannen möchten, wärmstens empfehlen. -
Greco (8/5): Ausser die zwei punkte sehr gut und auch weiter zu empfehlen - Sehr gepflegte und saubere Wohnung. Küche top ausgerüstet Im Bad stinckte es nach Kanalisation und die Treppen waren halt sehr stäil so das mit dem dem gepäck etwäs mühsam war

Ingrid (5/5): Masse statt Klasse! Zusammengestoppelt! - Gar nichts!!! Die Wohnung ist in der Altstadt und diese stellte sich als ein schlechtes Viertel heraus: sehr schmutzig und heruntergekommen. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stockwerk! Die Treppen sind sehr steil und für Ältere unzumutbar! Die Fewo selbst ist lieb- und geschmacklos eingerichtet. Nichts passt zusammen, billige Einrichtungsgegenstände, wenn man von solchen überhaupt sprechen kann, Jugendherbergstil der 70iger. In der Küche sind z.B. so abgenutzte Schneidbretter, dass man sie nicht benutzen möchte, Schüsseln aus Plastik usw. usw. Es riecht extrem schlecht in der ganzen Wohnung. Die Kopfkissen sind ein Graus, so dick, dass man nicht darauf schlafen kann. Billige ungebügelte Bettwäsche, eine Garderobe mit einer Art Ablage, auf der sich grüne Neonflecken verewigt haben, in der Küche ein defekter Stuhl und die sonstigen Stühle verschmutzt und abgegriffen. Nachts laute offensichtlich betrunkene Menschen….. Von allen war der Vermieterin wenig bekannt und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass eine Kontrolle hier wenig oder gar nicht stattfindet. Frei nach dem Motto: der Nächste bitte. Da ich selber vermiete weiß ich, dass mehr dazu gehört als nur zu kassieren. Wir waren sehr verärgert.

Es fehlte an NICHTS. …..Dusche und Waschbecken evtl etwas klein, aber sauber. …..Fernseher funktionieren nicht. Man benötigt evtl technisches Verständnis um sie zum Laufen zu bringen. Betriebsanleitung fehlt, wurde auch nicht erklärt.

Ciprian A. (8/5): Decent, pleasent, good value - Many beds and a huge TV and coutch. It is modern looking. Well decorated. Homie style. Suprisingly it is not a loud neighbourhood. Spider webs in the corner walls. And the bed sheets felt not freshly washed. Could use a more scented washing detergent. They felt bit dusty also.

Michelle (10/5): Last minute stay, perfect find! - Centrally located, within walking distance from many attractions (for the tourists).
Ampmcg (4/5): We wished we had stayed somewhere else. - Location near old town was good and the apartment was clean. Host was not very responsive via whatsapp. Not particularly friendly either. She got her brother to give us the keys and he was friendly. The apartment had floors that sloped to one side so it felt very unsteady. It is located on the third floor with no lift which was ok for us but not for anyone with difficulty with stairs. The bathroom was very small and smelt sickly sweet. The sofa and armchair in the sitting room were very uncomfortable. There were no proper blinds or shutters in the bedrooms so light entered the bedrooms from very early. The duvet on the double bed was too small.

Andre (9/5): Superb - Nice location in the center of town. Friendly host, and clean and spacious apartment. We enjoyed our stay! Airconditioning appeared to be (less efficient) mobile airco. However, after first day temperature could be managed with roller shutters. Limited parking space.
