• ANOOP (8/5): Not a good place for long term of with family , its good if you are o ly for few days and dont need - Locqtion and place is nice , rooms ate specious view was good , The host was not cooperative or willing to properly assist. Although early check-in was mentioned as “subject to availability,” they later said it would require an additional charge—even though a room was already available. Despite this, I was kept waiting in the lobby for nearly 3 hours. This was particularly inconvenient as it was only a room shift, and I had planned to stay for a full month. The refrigerator was defective, which caused all my groceries to spoil and had to be thrown away. Due to these issues, I ended up leaving after just 10 days. Several amenities that were mentioned in the booking were missing. There was no clothes rack, no TV cable, and no smart device, making it difficult for my family—especially the kids—to spend time comfortably. There was also no proper arrangement for drinking water. The manager promised daily water bottles and coffee, but in 10 days, this was provided only once. Overall, the experience was disappointing, mainly due to poor customer service and lack of commitment from the host.

• Pamela (8/5): Great view of KLCC, clean rooms. Overall decent stay - Location was quiet, check in process was smooth enough. Rooms were very clean which was great, there was a mini mart downstairs and self service Starbucks coffee machine which was a plus. Rooms were spacious, A/C cold, all amenities provided as stated in their description. Pool on the 8th floor was decent but no towels provided so bring your own! Pool on 48th provides towels but you need to purchase entry tickets for RM 25/pax per entry so if you aren't willing to pay, the pool on 8th floor will suffice. Hosts could have been more responsive to my queries via the Booking.com app and Whatsapp to which none of my queries were answered - asked them about the check in process but figured it out myself upon arrival at the apartment. Guard on duty at the 8th floor pool could be a bit more friendlier. I understand you want guests to dry off before leaving but try informing people a little nicer :)

• fuad (1/5): bad - location The price is quite cheap and the location is close to the city center, which is probably the only good thing about this place. However, be careful because there are many hidden fees. Parking is not included and costs RM20 per night per car. The parking area is also very inconvenient,there is no proper ramp, so you basically have to drive up around 14 turns just to reach Level P7 since each floor has two layers. If you want to use the upper deck swimming pool, you need to pay an additional RM20 per person, which was not clearly mentioned beforehand. The deposit is also quite unreasonable,RM300 even if you are staying for just one night. The view from my unit was quite terrible as well. The tv provided also cant access to netflix etc. And if you are coming by motorcycle, good luck. There is no proper parking spot for motorcycles inside the building. Overall, this will definitely be my first and last stay here.

They have this lift key access card that doesn’t work its such a hurdle to make it work and that was not just for me but for all the people that were staying Final most the things shown in picture is not the same in that they have shown living room and bed room but you only get bedroom, Won’t recommend to anyone

• Hayden (1/5): I will never stay at such a place again. Beware of false positive reviews. - Leaving was the best part. There was a minimart at the ground floor and secure access to the apartment and it seemed to have security staff 24/7. This place was complete false advertising. The air conditioners were utterly filthy and full of mould and not able to be used. The bathroom was disgusting and had soap scum and mildew all over. The drains were also blocked and stank horribly. The bidet handle leaked and was almost unusable. The linen had stains and was totally disgusting ad the fridge did not work at all.

• Eunice (1/5): Bad - The room is spacious and bright. The reception was slow and not friendly when checking in. The toilet smells unpleasant (like drainage and vomit) all the time. The deposit system was stupid. We weren't informed of the cash deposit when we booked the stay. They didn't accept card details and we had to bring the cash to airport after checking out. The location was inconvenient, not walkable to anywhere.
• Nora (10/5): Exceptional - I had a pleasant stay at the place. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciate the comfortable environment and the smooth check-in process. The location was convenient and everything I needed was within easy reach. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others. On my second day there was a moment that made me feel slightly uncomfortable.While I understand that the guard was just doing his job. I was stopped quite abruptly near the left and asked bout which floor I was staying on. It would have felt better if the approach had been more polite or done in a respectful manner. A bit of courtesy goes a long way.

• Shaihn (2/5): New building but very poorly managed. Stayed 6 days they never cleaned the Apartment. NEVER GOING. - They shut down lights in the lobby so practice walking in dark before you book. Toilet is smelly without any ventilation and the Sofa is dirty as. Fridge is broken and its beeps 24 hours due to 16 degree temperature. If you want to go outside need to swipe out which is a huge hazard and they only give 1x card. There are so many good options in KL and better managed apartment but I regret to book that place. I wonder its under a new management because the old reviews are good and I don't see any new and recent reviews!
