Daniel (7/5): Für länger nicht, aber für 3-5 Tage gut. - Der Schnitt und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung Laute Nachbarn - Sitzen im Garten nicht möglich. Kein W-lan, kein Handyempfang.
Marian (6/5): Viel Geld für wenig Leistung! - Das Bett war bequem. Schöner Garten. Ich konnte viel früher einchecken als erwartet, das war nicht richtig gut! Nach der vollständigen Bezahlung bekomme ich eine E-Mail, in der drin stand, dass ich für Handtücher und Bettwäsche 27€ extra bezahlen muss. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind nicht inklusive. Das sagt und schreibt leider niemand im Vorfeld. Das erfährt man nach der vollständigen Bezahlung, wenn die Buchung steht und Stornokosten entstehen könnten. Ich habe den Vermieter kontaktiert, ohne Erfolg. Ich habe Booking um Hilfe gebeten und gefragt, ob das normal ist (Aus meiner Sicht ist es eine Irreführung der Kunden), bekam aber bis heute keine Antwort. Für 350 € für zwei Nächte und Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind nicht mal inklusive?! Leider war die Unterkunft auch nicht besonders sauber, insbesondere Bad und Schlafzimmer. Die Küche war auf den ersten Blick sauber. Auf dem zweiten Blick musst du alles noch mal in den Geschirrspüler. Auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer unter der Tagesdecke war noch ein Nagel/Zehnagel vom Vorgänger. Um es kurz zu machen. Ich hab erst mal ne Stunde geputzt und Staub gesaugt. Zusammenfassend nie wieder eine Unterkunft von Strand Sommer GmbH!!!
