Hier passt einfach alles zusammen: ​Außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber: Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Chef des Hauses. Wir haben selten eine so authentische und herzliche Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. ​Wunderschönes Ambiente: Es herrscht eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der man sofort zur Ruhe kommen kann. ​Top-Lage: Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Man erreicht alles Wichtige in kürzester Zeit und genießt dennoch eine tolle Umgebung. ​Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

• Ondra (10/5): úžasný a ochotný pan majitel :-) - velmi ochotný pan majitel, nadstandardní přístup, čistota, pokoj s kuchyní a lednicí, atmosféra a příprava pokoje před příjezdem cena (i když na Lipně patří k nejnižším, stále poměrně drahé)

• Simona (10/5): - Apartmány jsou čisté a účelně zařízené. Maji ve městě výborné bistro a kousek rybí restauraci. Majitel je velmi příjemný a ochotný.

• Pj (7/5): Only small things. - It was our first time to visit these apartments, we arrived late for check-in and the host arranged for the keys to be with us within 5 minutes. The room was comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean. There were modern double glazed windows with blinds and fly-screens. There was a good sized quiet terrace with modern furnishing and a nice garden with sunbeds and sauna. The location is quiet and close to the town centre and lake. Unfortunately upon arrival we noticed that the bathroom had a strong smell from the drains, the 2 car fresheners hanging from the water heater were not enough to mask this problem. The bathroom was also quite small. Twice during our stay we had no water, however this was resolved quickly by the owner and he did explain that it was a new water pump, so the failure was probably outside his control. The space in the room, particularly around the bed was very limited, both my wife and I thought that hanging the TV on the wall and removing the TV unit would improve this situation.

• Karoline (9/5): Superb - Lovely host, property exactly as described. We thought it was a great location, with easy access (by car) to wonderful hiking trails.
• Amandine (10/5): Exceptional - Confortable, nice owner, parking place in front, cosy little flat with everything to Cook and rest. For me and my little nice dog, it was perfect.
