• gokhan (10/5): - Bad Herrenalb is a perfect town to stay and enjoy as a tourist family. The apartment was as well. The apartment was provided by all needs. It was cold outside but the heating system was well enough. Fast reply after reservation. Easy and contactless check-in. The parking was a bit narrow for our VW Tiguan but we did it. There was a bus stop in 30 meters away and the train station was in a walking distance of 10 minutes. They provided us an unlimited transport ticket for bus and train during our stay as all hotels and apartments do so. A bakery and a döner kebab restaurant down stairs (We suggest EWIN restaurant for döner and pizza which is 100 meters away). There are Rossmann, Penny and Rewe in 2-3 minutes by car.

• MARIA ISABEL (1/5): Alojamiento nada recomendable - Buena ubicación. No recomiendo nada este alojamiento, nos han acusado de llevar mascota y ocultarla (falso), de provocar daños al usar un electrodoméstico (al parecer por mala instalación) de no limpiar en profundidad (se limpió cocina, menaje, desechó basuras, dejamos lencería y ropa de cama recogidas donde se nos dijo) etc... No se puede calumniar a un cliente después de usar el apartamento tal como se nos dijo, no volveré a reservar en estas condiciones

• Tomasz (10/5): Comfortable, large size place to stay for long term holidays - Size of this location and facilities were amazing. It was the best holiday accommodation we had as a family (ever). Someone really was thinking how make comfortable stay for guests. Even small elements - like cutlery, dishes were adjusted to maximize comfort. Steep stairs to get to an apartment
• Marta (10/5): Great place to rest and for hiking in the beautiful blac forest. - Great location, apartment has all needed facilities and enough space to host 6 people. From the windows you have a beautiful view on mountains and park. The beds are very comfortable. Just behind the house there is spring passing by. The parking space is on the slop, so not convenient if you have a big car, but it’s for free which is great.
