• Jan (6/5): Teleurstellend appartement (zonder aparte slaapkamer!) in een niet erg interessant stadje - Om te beginnen staat in de advertentie voor Im kleinen Stil II, dat het een appartement zou zijn met 1 slaapkamer. Daar is geen sprake van. Er is helemaal geen slaapkamer. Het gaat hier om een kleine, vrij donkere, ongezellige woonkamer met een bed erin. De "kichenette" zoals het genoemd werd, was niet meer dan een nis in de woonkamer met een kooktoestel erin. Het enige dat in dit appartement redelijk was, was de badkamer. Toen wij aankwamen, werd er in de omgeving al geruime tijd aan de weg gewerkt. Hierdoor was het extreem moeilijk om het appartement te bereiken. Ons navigatiesysteem wist het ook niet. Uiteindelijk was een inwoner van Linz zo vriendelijk ons voor te rijden naar het appartement. Het zou de verhuurster gesierd hebben als zij ons tevoren hierover ingelicht had. Kortom, dit appartement was een teleurstelling. Wij kunnen het dan ook zeker niet aanbevelen (misschien alleen interessant voor mensen die heel goedkoop uit willen zijn. Op de badkamer na eigenlijk alles!

• Honerlage (8/5): - Super zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig. Gutes Bett und großes Bad. Guter Buchungsservice und Infos.
• Gregor (8/5): Tolle Lage , problemloses Einchecken per Code , liebevolle Ausstattung - Die "kleine Stil" Ferienwohnung liegt wunderbar in der Linzer Altstadt. Sehr gemütliche Einrichtung und ein Bad mit Badewanne !!! Wir 2 Rheinsteigwanderer können die kleine Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen. Zwar ohne Frühstück, aber die nächste Bäckerei mit gutem Frühstück ist nur 3 Min. entfernt. Das Einzige, leicht in der Nacht nervende, war der laut und endlos laufende Kühlschrank. Wir haben ihn einfach ausgemacht.

• Ole (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! - Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch in die Ferienwohnung zu kommen hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass sie im Paterre vorbeigehenden bei offenen Rolleaus erlaubt, in das Zimmer zu schauen (auch wenn halbdurchsichtige Gardinen den Blick verschleiern. Es ließ sich gut verdunkeln und war sehr ruhig. Das W-Lan war sehr gut, das Bad sehr großzügig. Ein riesiger Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke wie auch die Busstation Neutor sind auch große Vorteile dieser Wohnung. Die Küche ist eher eine Kochnische. Es gibt nur eine Herdplatte und eine Mikrowelle, was aber für den kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend ist. Der Kühlschrank ist auch eher auf kurze Aufenthalte ausgelegt.
• Anne (10/5): - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Alles wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder bei einem Besuch in Linz 😊 Nichts

• Hildegard (9/5): Es war alles in Ordnung, die Lage ist "erste Sahne" - Die Vermieterin war gut zu erreichen und konnte auch Tipps geben bzgl Essen gehen. Besonders toll ist die Lage mitten in der Fachwerkidylle, die Fussgängerzone ist um die Ecke, dennoch liegt das Haus in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse. Gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Teekocher, Senseokaffemaschiene und Kaffee, Teebeutel. kl. Küche, großem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

• Chew (10/5): Amazing stay - The apartment is strategically located in the heart of Linz. It is nearby to supermarkets and local attractions. The property was spotless and homely. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. The apartment has an iron. Bathroom was clean. The apartment has no fan. It could gets very warm in the summer.
• Achim (10/5): Exceptional - Had a very pleasant stay there. Very quiet, comfortable and super central location in the old historic town of Linz
• Elena (10/5): Cozy apartment in a quiet street - The apartment was exceptionally clean and felt homey. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the extra plushy duvet. Great location, just around the corner the Butter Market, in a very quiet side street. I had a fantastic stay and would come back again!
• Lori (9/5): I loved my stay and will stay here again when visiting Linz am Rhein again. - Location is great, close to shopping and restaurants. Unit was very clean, bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure, and it was quiet and safe. Stephanie was super helpful in helping m schedule taxi since I didn’t speak German. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The bed only had one pillow. I wish there would’ve been more for support while sitting up and reading or watching television.

• Mandy (6/5): Perfect location and a few minutes walk from where our friends live - It had everything we needed We stayed before about 3 years ago, everything still the same so needs a little tlc. The host did not send the code to enter the property but our friend had called in advance and got the code. On Sunday some other guests arrived, again no code and unable to contact the host, so we let them in and showed them to their room.
• George (10/5): Lovely, cosy apartment in the heart of the old town. - What a cracking apartment in the heart of the old town - only a short walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets etc. Flat was cosy, very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a huge bathroom with a bath and a great walk-in shower. Kitchen area was fairly small and simple and I think cooking up a substantial meal would be challenging? - but for me and my wife it was perfectly adequate. Owner, Stephanie, was extremely helpful, with great communication and full information we may need prior to our arrival.
