Das Bett super bequem und der Kontakt per e mail zeitnah und reaktionsschnell.Für ein vorhandenes Problem wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden.Danke Das vorhandene Besteck ist für zwei Personen etwas dürftig und café italienne (Aluminium)funktionniert auf einem Induktionsherd nicht🙁.Zum Glück haben wir eine Lösung gefunden(Wasser in einem Topf erhitzen,café italienne hineinstellen und kochen ).Eine Tasse Kaffee am Morgen muss sein😉😊.Vielleicht gibt es noch eine andere Idee oder wie haben andere Gäste dies gelöst?

Cristina (10/5): Parfect stay near Leman lake - Perfect hotel, with all facilities for a confortable short or long-term stay. All the personnel is very nice and the communication is facile. The parking is a plus.

It was not clear from the photos and the description on booking.com that the suite with a garden view is located in a separate annex nearby and not in the main hotel building. The annex itself was shabby and poorly maintained. The room and its equipment was not properly cleaned and had an unpleasant smell that couldn’t be aired out. The fridge, although visually fine, had a strong smell too, so we decided not to use it. The dishwasher basket was rusty, making it unusable for us as well. The kitchenware was moderate and we had to wash it ourselves before first use. Absence of staff, only a phone number to be used in case of need.

Vince (10/5): A fantastic place to stay and use as a base to go off and explore the wonderful surrounding areas. - Location was right next to the lake so we had an amazing view to wake up to. Accomodation was larger than we were expecting and it was all spotless. An allocated parking place was a feature that many other places did not offer. Nothing!
