• Sheena (8/5): Beautiful Apartment! - Property had an amazing location and views from the apartment. You can walk to the mall and grocery stores in the area. It was a well stocked apartment with everything you need for a longer stay. The host even offered me a late checkout since he didn't have guests after me, which was nice of him (though not necessary). There is a train with early morning horns that passes by so not great if you're noise averse or like to sleep in. The gate got to be a bother to me with my rental car and always having to stop and wait to enter the property. The host made me pay like $10 extra because of some fee that he was charged in PayPal (even though I paid the correct amount he asked) which was annoying.

• Lisa (7/5): Great, except the loud noises - Great place. Comfortable. Good kitchen. TV. Nice view. Good bed. 2 bathrooms. The noise. Mostly the commuter train honking very loudly all morning. Too bad, because everything else was great. That is a deal breaker tho.

The host is communicative, accessible , informative and very knowledgeable about the area , the mall is fun to go to less than a km away for eating , browsing , shopping and getting a nice walk around the shops. Friendly people at security entrance literally walked with me to show me beautiful pools , work out gym, pool table , ping pong table lounge/ clubhouse . Exceptional views as apartment is on 12 floor , elevators are quick and big .I really enjoyed the comfortable beds , huge TVs , 100s of channels , and well stocked kitchen . I grew up near rail so always found I liked the whistle , you will hear that but overall quiet

Location of the property great if you want to explore areas around and even just relaxing. Was not clean but we understood a guest left the morning we moved in hence that issue. apart from that everything was great. would stay again.
