We were rudely awoken at 7.30AM 2 days out of our 4 day stay due to drilling and maintenance on the building. It would have been appreciated to have been at least warned! NOT A VERY RELAXING GET AWAY!

• Helen (2/5): Once I had spent 2 hours cleaning and running the dishes through the dishwas we felt we could relax - Great spacious accommodation for family great location Cleaning was appalling — glasses cups plates had stuff still on them —- quilts had no covers so we were using them after the last person they smelt I had to go round and spray an wipe everything and the muck that came of —don’t think under the couch and beds ever gets cleaned appalling —I stay at lots of accommodation and have never been unhappy— for the money I paid for this accommodation I was not happy
• Ian (7/5): Nice location but the property needs work. - Great location. The place is getting a little tired. No bins in bathrooms, no recycling bin in unit, no tissues, dirty plug surrounds in both bathrooms, coffee pods did not git the coffee machine, no rinse aid for the dishwasher, the front of the oven was loose, only one replacement bin bag and one of the outdoor chairs was broken and collapsed when sat on and the spa was dirty and had not been cleaned.

• Gerald (8/5): Just wanting a chilled out break & we got it! - We loved the apartment & location lots of room. Close to town & beach all within walking distance. The main bed was a double which was unnessary considering the size of the main bedroom. We would have been more comfortable in a queen size bed. No wifi… I mean who has no wifi! (Potential deal breaker)

• Shehzad (10/5): Exceptional Stay - Highly Recommend! - We recently stayed at Gallery Resort No. 13 and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Our apartment was truly exceptional - spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all the major attractions and restaurants. We especially appreciate the comfortable beds and overall relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for families. Nothing. Everything was perfect

• Michael (6/5): Very nice place, with good facilities, but really gets let down by no WIFI &remote Key Pick Up. - The place was very modern and comfortable. the tennis court was great and although it wasnt that warm, if it was, the pool would have been great. WIFI!!!!! its 2024. I just cant fathom how any place in that price range doesnt offer WIFI. I was working remotely while there and have 2 teenage kids. no WIFI really was a downer. means no streaming TV etc. although it was not advertised, i just assumed that in 2024, WIFI was a given. Also, remote key pickup was very annoying. many other apartments at same complex used on site key pick up. driving to the other side of town to pick up and drop off key is an unnecessary annoyance.

• William (10/5): Loved the stay, would have liked to have stayed longer. Will next time. - The apartment was very clean and had a great view. Very handy to restaurants. The car park was very handy to the lift (6m ) and the lift was right in front of the apartment. This was really good for me as I have an invalid wife. I did notice some units had pets but never heard them at all. Thank you for the bottle of wine. We have a king size bed at home and struggle to sleep in a queen size bed. It was not a problem as there was another queen bed in the apartment, so I slept in the other room. Would have liked to have had a King bed.

• Maree (7/5): Lovely town to visit and good location. Property itself was disappointing for the cost and very complex with many rules - Very good location. Spacious property but over furnished. No towel racks anywhere to dry towels. Linen of poor quality and very old. Bed very saggy and needs replacing. After hours access was difficult and complex with key stored 5kms away in a dark carpark. Too many unecessary emails from unwind holidays

• Jennifer (9/5): We found plenty to do in Victor Harbor and then had somewhere lovely to chill out in the evening. - Our stay and The Gallery apartment no 13, was great. We thought the location was terrific, with the Beach right across the road and the shopping and Eateries only a few minutes walk. The furniture was modern and comfortable and on the whole it was very spacious. We made use of the Balcony on several occasions too. Very nice. The only Negative we would have was the apartment could have been a little bit cleaner. If the cleaner was just a bit more particular, it would have got a big tick from us. Overall very nice though.

• Karen (10/5): Stay was great. - Great size appartment with well equipt kitchen. Facilities were excellent, car parking easy and great location. The emails leading up and during the stay from Uneind Holidays that manage the property were borderline harassment….i mean daily emails. Very strict on the policy, service agreements and rental agreement and bonds and return of bond. Weird picking up and dropping keys off at a different location to the property.

• Benjamin (9/5): Happy with the stay. Was comfortable and welcoming for me, my partner and daughter. Safe location. - Location was very good. Central to everything in Victor harbour. Good views from apartment. Lots of helpful supplies in the apartment like cleaning products, cooking utensils etc. Seemed that the property hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. It wasn’t dirty, just some areas off the apartment haven’t been cleaned for some time seeing by the dust build up.

• Rebecca (7/5): Good - The location was great, close to amenities, the general cleanliness was good. Wi-Fi would have been nice and I was very disappointed to find hair in bathroom. It was in the spa, sink and toilet. The spa felt grimy to touch and I felt the need to clean it before use. For what I paid for the apartment I expected better.
• Ray (8/5): Ok - The property was comfortable and well situated. The constant reminders on how we could lose our bond bordered on threatening behaviour. To make matters worse we needed to request that our bond be refunded some time after our stay.

Victor was a lovely p,ace to visit. - everything was easily accessible. it was clean. all instructions were correct with no issues. plenty of room. the main bedroom mattress. it rolls in the middle. 2 nights uncomfortable sleep. hate saying this and maybe no one else has mentioned this.

• Debbie (7/5): Good - Great location. Well supplied kitchen. Furniture made the unit a little crowded. Sea views were only 'partial'. Water seeped into the runners of the sliding doors resulting in accumulated puddles on the inside door frames. Coffee machine didn't come with capsules/pods.
