Maira (10/5): - El departamento es súper amplio y todos los espacios cuentan con lo necesario descripto en la publicación. Guillermo súper amable y atento desde el momento de la reserva! En cuanto a la ubicación, está cerca de todo! Si es importante tener en cuenta que para acceder es a través de escaleras o por calles con subida, al manejarse caminando! Estuvimos muy a gusto y conformes con todo!

Recomendable - La ubicación es genial Sólo pequeños detalles, como falta de aire acondicionado, la privacidad del segundo cuarto y que carece de enchufe o mesita de noche, nunca nos funcionó el portón eléctrico para poder sacar la camioneta (parece que la pila estaba agotada).

Daniel Jesus (10/5): - Muy seguro el edificio, excelente el wifi, agua caliente y fría con excelente presión, todos los servicios sin problema alguno. las 2 piscinas (la temperada y la exterior) muy bien, el personal del edificio de 10, y el anfitrión, Ricardo, siempre atento a todo. muy buena ubicación. La cochera exlente también, nosotros guardamos el auto y casi no lo movimos. podes ir caminando a todos lados, pero hay una bajada y subida importante, pero es algo común de la zona. Recomiendo el alojamiento.

Nataly (9/5): Buen apartamento - Lindo apartamento con lo necesario para pasar unos días cercano a la playa Si bien tiene buena ubicación, es complejo si quiere se ir con un bebe por el coche o con alguien que tenga movilidad reducida. En estos casos debes salir en auto.
Martín Galdeano (10/5): Confortable - Excelente ubicacion, a 2 cuadras de la playa y frente a 2 Mall. La vista increible y los servicios del edificio de primera. Las ventanas no tienen rejas (viajamos con un niño y un poco nos preocupaba, pero estando cerradas son muy seguras, solo hay que tener precaucion de no dejarlas abiertas. El edificio tiene una terraza increíble para ver la ciudad de noche, pero cierran a las 22hs. El anfitrión no puede hacer nada al respecto pero seria bueno si se pudiera utilizar mas tiempo por la noche.

Luisa (7/5): Good potential - The rooftop terrace is beautiful ! The flat is big and gets a lot of light . The kitchen is fully equipped ! The l lord was responsive and available for all needs. The swimming pool and other common areas are nice and clean. The floor (5th) is not high enough to escape from the car noise of the bus streets that are below . For this reason I needed to sleep in the second double room where unfortunately there were a mites problem with the blankets . So my husband and I needed to take steroids. The overall cleaning status of the flat does not reflect European standards .
