- fredfranca (1/5): Dor na coluna garantida e carro arranhado. - Limpeza e localização. OS PIORES COLCHÕES QUE JÁ TIVE QUE DORMIR. Pareciam uma piada. Dormi praticamente em cima do box das camas. Dores na coluna em todas as pessoas. Colchões horríveis, Solados, velhos e sem conforto nenhum. Se você preza pela sua coluna e sono, não fique lá! Garagem impraticável! MUITO apertada, quase impossível de estacionar devido ao espaçamento entre colunas e paredes. Acho que nem deveria ser oferecida.

- Jordana (8/5): Custo benefício bom - O apartamento é bem espaçoso tem três quartos, o quarto de casal tem uma cama de solteiro e os dois quartos tem duas camas de solteiro. Comporta bem as pessoas. A única coisa que não gostei que é um critério bem relevante é o colchão. O colchão é de mole e ele está antigo. Sugiro trocar o colchão. Outra coisa importante a se atentar é que pessoas obesas não cabem no box do banheiro da suíte.
