- Adriana (7/5): - Quarto bem confortável, localização boa, com garagem e bem limpo. Fiz a reserva e quando cheguei no local não consegui entrar pois a portaria era remota (com reconhecimento facial e cadastro para acesso a garagem por app) e o booking não havia passado meus dados ainda nem feito meu cadastro. Entrei em contato pelo booking e não tive resposta depois consegui contato pelo WhatsApp da recepção remota do prédio e aí sim, pediram meus documentos e informaram o passo a passo para fazer o cadastro e consegui acessar o estacionamento e apto. Acho que deveriam entrar em contato assim que a reserva é fechada para já fazer todos os cadastros para acesso e o cliente não ficar na rua sem conseguir nem informações sobre o que deve fazer.
