• Holger (4/5): Meine schlechteste Unterkunft ever - Die Wohnung war schön groß. Die defekten Leuchten im Bad wurden kurzfristig ersetzt. Dekoleisten an der Decke sowie Fußleisten waren teilweise abgebrochen. Dekorelemente im Bad waren abgerissen. Türen der Duschkabine sind verzogen, so dass sie nicht richtig schließen. Befestigung des Duschkopfes an der Stange ist defekt. Alle Rauchmelder in der Wohnung waren demontiert. Die Polster im Wohnzimmer und die Matratzen in den Betten sind durchgelegen. Die Beleuchtung im Bad war defekt. In der Küche fehlt eine Fronttür zum Eckschrank. In der Spülmaschine fehlt Regeneriersalz. Das WLAN reicht nicht bis zum Schlafzimmer. Steckdosen im Flur sind halb herausgerissen. Die Deckenbeleuchtung im Flur ist teilweise defekt. Direkt nach dem Einzug haben wir erst einmal den Boden gründlich gewischt, weil man sich schwarze Füße holte. Die Bettwäsche roch unangenehm - kein Wunder, wenn die Wäsche nur in dem fensterlosen Raum mit der Waschmaschine getrocknet wird. Das Rollo zur Verdunkelung am Dachflächenfenster ist defekt. Der Fernseher konnte entgegen der Ankündigung kein Netflix oder Amazon Prime empfangen. Das Bettzeug ist verfleckt und gehört gereinigt/ausgetauscht.
• Cosimo (6/5): Pleasant - Place was ok and clean. It is very spacious and can fit many people. Host is not very responsive, although this can be a small problem when keys are easy to get. Wifi did not work that well, especially in the rooms.

• Anja (6/5): Spacious apartment, but in need of serious renovations - It was a spacious apartment and had all basic things that are needed for a short- or long-term stay. It was a quite area, so we were able to sleep without disturbances. Also a supermarket is very close and city center is walking distance. We were travelling with children and my parents who are elder people. The apartment is in the very top of the house (roof) which would be alright, but the stairs leading to it are nonstop over 3 floors. It is dangerous for elderly people and children and it was not mentioned anywhere when booking the place. Also carrying luggage or groceries is tricky on such stairs. At the end of the stairs the light was not working and this made my elderly father fall couple of times. The property also reeked like it belonged to a smoker or as if a cat lived there and peed all over. Not sure what it was. Kitchen cabinets were falling apart, some kitchen doors were missing. Tv was not working. Dishwasher’s water was running out while it was on. These must be older problems since I have been reading about it in previous reviews and it still hasn’t been fixed. All in all the apartment needs a renovation then it would be great. And some solution for the stairs or at least a warning for people.
• Ewa (3/5): I do not recommend - The positive feature of this flat is the location close to the highway and a large spacious apartment. Unfortunately, that's all. The apartment was dirty. The sheets stank of sweat and it was unpleasant to cover yourself with it. The door to the wardrobe in the room was broken, the same as the cupboard in the kitchen. No curtains in the bedroom. The wifi was weak. Dangerous place for children. To get to the apartment you have to climb stairs, which was not mentioned at all on the booking! The stairs are steep, and the apartment is on the 2nd floor, in the attic. I was travelling with a child and it was not a safe place for him, several electrical contacts stuck out in the main places as if it was a problem for the owner to fix it. Unfortunately, there was no such thing as e-mail contact with the owner via booking. I wrote 3 e-mails earlier, but I didn't get a reply to any of them. On the spot, I called the owner and it turned out that the apartment is at number 196, and not as it was written in the advertisement at 194. The apartment seemed really cool, but cleanliness, contact with the owner and security needs improvement!
• Mawe60 (4/5): Adult stay only - Good location for our visit The appartment is spacious however needs urgent attention to sort electrical wires and kitchen unit door.. Light in the hallway not working which made us trip and fall. TV did not work. We notified the person giving us the key. Parking can be an issue. This could be an exceptional FeWo however the lack of repair makes it dangerous for children.
