Las camas con colchones muy viejos e incómodos, el sofá cama imposible descansar porque está vencido. En general muy ruidoso por los inquilinos jóvenes que hacen fiestas con llamativos sonidos. El parking que ofrecen es un laberinto, llegar a la plaza del coche lamentando haber entrado y si lograste aparcar, pasar por sudor y agonía en desaparcar.

Ao longo de toda a estadia, foram disponibilizados apenas dois rolos de papel higiénico e um frasco pequeno de champô, o que se revelou manifestamente insuficiente para o número de hóspedes e a duração da estadia. Relativamente ao conforto, os colchões eram bastante desconfortáveis, ficando o corpo marcado após o descanso, o que comprometeu significativamente a qualidade do sono. No que diz respeito às condições do banho, verificaram-se vários constrangimentos: o fluxo de água era, por vezes, muito insuficiente, e a temperatura variava constantemente, alternando entre água muito quente e fria, tornando o banho pouco agradável. Considero importante partilhar este feedback na expectativa de que possa contribuir para melhorias futuras.

- Albert Salichs (7/5): Basic apartment in a snowy town in Andorra - La relació qualitat/preu és bona. L'apartament està situat al centre d'El Pas de la Casa. Té tot el necessari per estar uns dies: menjador-cuina-habitació tot integrat en un espai, i un lavabo. És un lloc ben còmode per disfrutar de l'hivern. Un dels nois de recepció va ser molt amable i ens va acompanyar a l'apartament amb la seva furgoneta a la meva filla i a mi. Les vistes des de l'habitació amb tot el poble nevat molt maques. De fet, hi vam estar l'any passat i hem repetit. La relación calidad/precio es buena. El apartamento está situado en el centro de El Pas de la Casa. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar unos dias: comedor-cocina-habitación Todo integrado en un espacio, y un lavabo. Es un lugar cómodo para disfrutar del invierno. Uno de Los chicos de recepción fue muy amable y nos acompañó al apartamento con su furgoneta a mi hija y a mi. Las vistas desde la habitación con todo el pueblo nevada muy bonitas. De hecho, estuvimos el año pasado y este hemos repetido. The rate quality/price is good. The apartment is located in the center of El Pas de la Casa town. It has all you need to stay some days: eating room-kitchen-room in the same space, and a separated bathroom. It is a comfortable place to enjoy winter. One of the boys of the reception was very friendly and he accompanied us to the apartment in a van. Views from the room with a snowy landscape is very nice. In fact, we came here last year and we decided to repeat this Christmas. La recepció està a uns 10 minuts caminant de l'apartament. A vegades no trobaves al personal en horaris d'obertura. El wifi de pagament no anava gaire bé. El mobiliari és una mica antic. El parking de pagament és molt estret, però t'avisen i te'l deixen veure abans. La recepción está a unos 10 minutos caminando del apartamento. A veces no encontrabas el personal en horario de apertura. El wifi de pago no funciona muy bien. El mobiliario es un poco antiguo. El parking de pago es muy estrecho, pero te avisan y te dejan verlo antes. The reception is 10 minutes far by walk from the apartment. Sometimes the staff is not in the reception during opening hours. The paid wifi does not work well. The furniture is a bit old. The paid parking is very narrow, but the staff say you it and you can see before book it.

No tienen ningún control con las personas que se alojan, y las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, me hospedé con mi familia y los ocupantes del apartamento de al lado los dos días hicieron fiesta,gritos, tocaban el tiemble de mi apartamento, al punto que me tocó llamar a la policía a las 4:00am para que me ayudaran con el los vecinos, ya que no se cuenta con recepción para que me ayudaran, con el inconveniente, mi hija estaba asustada al igual que mi madre, no fue buena mi experiencia.

- Diez martinez (2/5): Ni repetiría ni lo recomendaría - Lo cerca que estaba de las pistas La experiencia fue muy negativa. La comunicación con el alojamiento fue difícil desde el primer momento, con respuestas tardías y poco claras. El apartamento se anunciaba como apto para 7 personas, pero en la práctica apenas cabíamos 4, con una clara falta de espacio. Además, el edificio no disponía de ascensor, algo que no se indicaba claramente y resultó muy incómodo. La mayoría de las ventanas no se podían abrir, lo que afectaba a la ventilación. En cuanto a la limpieza, fue claramente insuficiente: las cortinas de las bañeras estaban sucias, con presencia de moho, y el resto de la vivienda presentaba suciedad general. Por último, aunque en Booking se indicaba que el wifi era gratuito, tuvimos que pagarlo aparte, lo cual consideramos engañoso. No repetiría ni lo recomendaría.

- Fabrice (2/5): À éviter ⚠️ - L'emplacement était bon. Il faut aller à l'accueil pour récupérer les clés qui est très mal indiqué. Le sofa était dans un état déplorable, sale et inconfortable. Les lits étaient tachés heureusement qu'il y avait les draps... Pour ce tarif c'est inadmissible car l'équipement est d'une autre époque, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionne pas, la peinture de la baignoire s'émiette, sans compter le bruit et mégots dans le couloir... Mon expérience a été très désagréable, je ne recommande pas du tout...

Still didn't get my deposit back (it's been 4 days since I gave back the keys). No charging plugs in the room, so we couldn't leave our phones next to us at night...

- Bob (3/5): Poor - The room was clean and there was plenty of hot water. There was a good view from the window and despite the street being busy during the day it was quiet at night. Plenty of crockery and cutlery for one person though barely enough if 3 were staying. I needed to check out early and was advised by reception that I could leave the keys on the table and whatsapp a picture to them. There is a long uphill walk to collect the keys and I had to go back up there when I discovered the bed was broken and unusable. I was offered to change appartment but was too tired and agreed to sleep on the bunk bed, which was rather narrow for me. I got a text in Spanish which I think said there was a charge for checking out early and to phone reception. I was not about to do that at £2 an hour!

- Nessa (3/5): Poor - The location. Very central and very close to the Gondola. The lock on front door was faulty. You have to walk up one flight of stairs before getting to the lift. The smell of cannabis and cigarette smoke was horrendous. Not the owners fault but it wasn't pleasant. No kettle and no oven. Shower over bath in middle of bath and too high. Owner should have a shower and then fix, they'll understand what I mean if they stand under the shower. WiFi isn't free. Asked for WiFi code and didn't get until the following evening. As an EU travelling to Andorra roaming charges are exorbitant so WiFi is a must.

- Francisca (8/5): Nice place to stay and rest after a ski day. I would come back. - If you do the online check-in in advance, the check-in upon arrival is very fast. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Sheets and towels as well. Everything was as described on Booking (what they had and did not have). There was not much kitchenware but there was more than enough to cook basic things. Comfort of beds was ok (sofa not that much). But overall it was a nice place to rest after a long skiing day. Location was good (5-7 min walking to the ski slopes/school wearing ski boots). Close to supermarkets. At the time we were there, the building was quiet. Not something positive or negative, but we had to renew the deposit during our stay because the first one was expiring before our departure. Just for others to be aware if this happens to them. They don't provide shower gel, hairdryer, dishwashing detergent (just a small sample) or cooking oil/sal/pepper/other spices. Although we were prepared for this (it is mentioned on Booking), I think it would be nice if they included it in the future. Until then, make sure to bring some with you or buy at the local stores. Overall the room was warmer than what is comfortable for us. Maybe it was just us who failed to regulate it well (we tried but did not seem to change anything), but if it is possible, I guess it could be better explained to the guests (e.g. in the manual that is in the room). No sockets near the beds. The check-in hours could start a little earlier than 5pm.
