- Nataša (9/5): Skvělá poloha v centru a pár minut od sjezdovek, čistý a dobře vybavený apartmán s bazénem a saunou. - Ubytování má skvělou polohu – nachází se blízko vlakové stanice, přímo v centru a jen pár minut chůze od sjezdovek. Apartmán byl velmi čistý a skvěle vybavený, takže jsme měli vše, co jsme během pobytu potřebovali. Velkým plusem je bazén a sauna přímo v domě. Jedinou nevýhodou byla slabší zvuková izolace mezi apartmány. Ze sousedního apartmánu bylo slyšet prakticky vše. Pokud jsou však sousedé ohleduplní, nemusí to být zásadní problém.
- Kateřina (10/5): - Naprosto úžasná lokalita, skvělé čisté ubytování. A nejvíc pohodlné postele. Oceňuji i to, že s námi mohla být naše fenečka. Snídaně v ceně v kavárně Crosscafe byla opravdu výtečná 🥐 A domluva s majitelem, panem Bergmannem na jedničku 😊 Že jsem musela odjet... 😆😆

- Anna (10/5): - Apartmán byl prostorný, světlý a se spoustou vybavení, včetně pračky, fénu, mikrovlnné trouby a toustovače. V apartmánu je také dostatek úložných prostor a přestože jsou okna směrem k ulici, nijak to neruší. Využili jsme také wellnes - bazén, whirpool a sauny, které jsou součástí komplexu. Vstup je placený, ale pronajímatel apartmánu poskytuje k zapůjčení slevovou kartu, která se vztahuje i na konzumaci v kavárně crosscaffé. Také jsme ocenili garážové stání pro naše auto. Měli jsme trochu problém s tvrdostí matrací, ale to je spíš o zvyku. Po komunikaci s majitelem nám bylo řečeno, že matrace se dají otočit na měkkou stranu, tak to budeme vědět pro příště.

- Viktor (8/5): - Apartmán je poměrně nový, přímo v centru města. Ubytování jsme byli v zimním období, bohužel na apartmánu se málo topilo a v noci byla i pod peřinou zima. Měli jsme se ozvat majiteli, takže to beru i jako naši chybu. Ale je příjemnější tohle neřešit.

- Tamara (10/5): - Meine Familie und ich sind sehr zufrieden. An erster und wichtigster Stelle hatten wir einen direkten Kontakt. Alles war sauber, die Betten bequem. In der Nähe gibt es ein Restaurant im Gebäude mit ausgezeichnetem Essen und gutem Kaffee sowie Parkmöglichkeiten. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Liebe zum Detail – sogar Schlitten für die Kinder standen zur Verfügung, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Herzlichen Dank von Herzen.

Pokoj je skvěle vybavený a čistý. Postele jsou pohodlné a v pokoji bylo krásně teplo. Hostitel nám nabídl nadstandartní služby. Nemáme co vytknout.
- sigi (4/5): - Frühstück würde nicht eingenommen und an Vortag storniert. Bisher keine Rückerstattung! Schade Wir hatten die Unterkunft wegen des Pools gebucht. In der Buchung war die Sperrung des Pools nicht eindeutig genannt. Es hieß Spa, Fitness, Sauna und Bazen geschlossen, daher haben wir die Übernachtung nicht angetreten. Bisher kein Angebot wg. des nicht eingenommenen Frühstücks, 40 Euro, bzw. wegen des nicht Antritts. Weder vom Hotel noch von Booking. Kommunikation mit Booking äußerst enttäuschend.

- Erny (8/5): Well equipped and clean apartment. Communication with the owner good. A couple of issues sorted out fairly quickly. Cars - Facilities, communication A few glitches with blocked shower drain and broken alarm. Smoke coming in from the cafe terrace floor lower. Noise from the main road.
- Nancy (10/5): Perfect and convenient apartment in the hearth of Železná Ruda, all amenities and comfort. - We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was central and had private garage parking. The apartment is comfortable and has all amenities for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the Javor & wellness for an additional fee. It has a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas, all well kept. We also took advantage of the convenient Cross cafe next door for breakfast or just simply to grab coffee. The owner even left his Cross cafe discount card at our disposition. Thank you :) Everything was great and of high standard quality and service. We will definitely be back.
