• Jessica (1/5): Disgusting. - The only positive was how great the Real Estate staff were and how quickly our refund got refunded. They handled the situation fantastically. I’m not sure where to begin. Firstly the place was absolutely disgusting. Mould on ceiling fans, window sills ect. The floor has clearly never been cleaned or mopped properly. The towels were filthy they had stains. Regardless of the lack of cleanliness the roof had an exposed fire alarm with wires. The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in, my husband and I had to sleep on the other side of the bed for a little bit of comfort. Also there were no added amenities such as hand soaps, body washes, limited toilet paper (one roll is not sufficient). Usually I wouldn’t leave a negative review but this place was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed one night and quickly checked out the next morning to stay elsewhere. Thankfully the realestate handled our comments quickly and ensured we got our refund back from the owners of the place.
• Robert (7/5): Good for short stay - Light and bright, Needs bit updating.stayed year ago ,nothing changed. Linen clean and pillows ok.Blinds and areas near cooker need good clean. Fan in bathroom noisy,felt that downstairs neighbours could hear it.
• Bruce (7/5): Very clean & tidy. - The location was great, walking distance to Flynns beach, coffee shops etc... Pretty central to the CBD and coastal walkways. Three flights of stairs to get to the accommodation apartment...... The drain plug leaked so dish washing liquid / water drained away while trying to wash the dishes. A broom was supplied for sweeping up but no half brush & shovel. A couple of the wall sockets in the kitchen were a bit douchey. Mattresses need replacing.

• Melina (6/5): - Location was good. Close to beaches and coastal walking track. There was not a full-size fridge as shown in the property images. It was disappointing to arrive with a week’s worth of food and find only a bar fridge, with no freezer for ice cream or frozen food. We contacted the property about this issue but did not receive a response. The lounge needs a thorough clean, likely from people sitting on it after the beach. The portable fan had a thick layer of dust. The outer cage could not be removed, as it appeared to have been rushed back on. The garage would only fit a very small car; otherwise, parking is on the street. The balcony door lock was rusted open, so the door could not be shut at all.
• Kayla (10/5): - Everything was good,they were very helpful in what was needed to get our stay to be comfortable and peaceful. No parking,was abit hard to find a spot at the front with two little ones in and out of the car.

• Lynn (4/5): It was ok , I wouldn’t stay there again. - I think it should be mentioned somewhere that you need to walk up 3 flights of narrow stairs, one level had a piece of painted timber nailed to the wall as a hand rail which was difficult to hold onto.There was one roll ( not a full role) of toilet paper and no extra one .We were there for 3 days . One bed had a thin mattress which was like sleeping on a plank of wood. There was a very small fan heater . It was clean but grubby / stained lounge .

• Sally (5/5): Great for a quick nights rest - spend a little more elsewhere for a longer stay - It has such potential! And there’s a nice feel to the place overall. A great location. Would be a great one night stop over. Everything was very clean and made up beautifully on arrival. Could be better thought out for guests, especially longer than nightly stays. Only one toilet paper roll per stay (our group of four were there for 3 nights). One tiny bin for the whole place - no extra bags. While there’s knives and saucepans, there’s no chopping boards or other kitchen prep equipment, but would be fine if you were eating out. A kettle but no tea or coffee. The bar fridge didn’t stay shut. No Aircon. One ceiling fan in the living room, just a pedestal fan and another very small fan for the bedrooms, with nowhere to effectively place it. There were lots of mozzies on our stay and only fly screens in one bedroom - no bug spray. Booking.com also states the checkout time is 10 - however Elders realestate is very explicit guests must be out by 9:30 at the absolute latest. So nothing to truly ruin the stay, but next time I’d be happy to spend a bit extra and stay somewhere with that little extra attention to detail and comfort that adds to the holiday vibe.

• Daniel (5/5): Passable - I had a garage for my car No child lock on the external door as the door knob was to low and easy for young children to open. We ran out of toilet paper, no extra paper left in bathroom.
• Sophie (4/5): Average, fix the beds and it would be great. - Location was great, perfect size if you don’t have kids. The beds were terrible, left marks on my body from the springs. Ended up sleeping on the lounge, could hardly walk each day from the beds. There were stains on the sheets as well. The windows above the bed do not shut or lock. The shower door is hard to open and shut, would not suit kids.
• Fay (5/5): Enjoyed location as close to Flynns Beach Restaurants and shop and Beach - Floors were very dirty and only a broom provided for cleaning. No parking on site. Food froze in refrigerator
• David (3/5): Apartment was disgusting. Sorry but it was really bad. - Property is infested with cockroaches. Put some baits under the fridge…. Floor was extremely dirty. Wasn’t swept / vacuumed. Has it ever been mopped? Bedroom window frames COVERED in mould. That’s a health hazard.

• Price (3/5): Not enjoyable. Won’t be returning - Self catered. Location alright. Condition of property poor. Access to property. Broken driveway trip hazard. Staircase narrow and poor condition. Beds dreadful. Lounge semi comfortable. Jug didn’t work.
