- Lis (7/5): Dias bons e confortáveis em um condomínio maravilhoso. - Localização excelente, em frente à Farmasi Arena. Conta com um grande supermercado ao lado, e a varanda do apartamento também é um ótimo destaque. Um dos banheiros estava com a tampa do vaso sanitário danificada, e os travesseiros já se encontravam bastante desgastados e baixos.

It also has an amazing pool and several restaurants right there. The apartment was very clean, and equipped with everything you need. The communication with the property’s manager was superb: Diva was very attentive to every single detail

- Marize (10/5): Pretendo voltar! - A proprietária foi bem atenciosa e me atendeu em tudo o que precisei. O apto é bem decorado e cuidado. Também estava bem equipado. O condomínio realmente é sensacional. Padaria, restaurante, SPA, piscina, cinema, nem precisei sair pra comer e me divertir, gostei demais. Farmácia, academia da Smart Fit e mercado próximos. 15 min da praia do Recreio. Amei a estadia! Apenas a título de sugestão: a máquina de lavar roupa precisa arrumar e ter opção de mais manta pra cobrir, o restante nada faltou. Foi tudo perfeito.
