O ape era bem localizado e seguro. Estava muito bem equipado com materiais e utensilios em otimo estado. Não faltou nada A vista do apartamento é linda o banheiro estava com um cheiro um pouco desconfortavel

Siempre muy atento y servicial! - Lo que más me gustó es, por supuesto, la vista al pan de azúcar, qué incluye la posibilidad de ver la operatoria de los bondinhos que conectan Urca con el Pan, y también la aproximación final de los aviones al aeropuerto Santos Dumont. Faltó una escoba y una palita un poco más eficiente. Solo eso.

It was a great place to stay and I would stay there again. - The apartment is nicely renovated, clean & well equipped with all the necessary details to feel comfortable and at home. The kitchenette has all the basics you need: coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, toaster oven and 2 burners. The bathroom is nicely designed. Even though it’s small there’s a washing machine tucked into the bathroom, very convenient. The bed was comfortable , my only recommendation is to provide better pillows. There’s a ceiling fan and air conditioner that is useful especially during the heat wave. There’s a large window with the view of Sugar Loaf Mountain. The location is an 8 out of 10. At certain hours the street might feel a bit unsavoury due to the amount of people who wait for the hostel/shelter across the street to open though I never encountered any problems during my 5 day stay. Location is steps away from rua Catete that has many things to offer. The building staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. Most of all my 70+yrs old mother enjoyed staying at Ape Catete, I think that says a lot. The building itself is old and there’s a musty smell that is very apparent when taking the first elevator to get to the upper level of where you go to access the 2nd elevator. There’s no smell in 2nd elevator.
