• Ariane (8/5): Excelente! - A localização é excelente! Perto de tudo, possibilita fazer muita coisa a pé. Não foi que não gostei, mas é importante relatar que o chuveiro respinga água por cima do box, molhando todo o banheiro.
• Horacio (8/5): Muy buena - La limpieza , la ubicación exelente , seguridad, todo muy bien en general La flor de la ducha está rota y sale agua para todos lados y no no se puede regular el agua, le faltan algunos utensilios de cocina
• Mica (10/5): Muy bien! Recomendable - Un 10000/10 el departamento súper bien! Los detalles marcaron la diferencia. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. La ubicación es súper tranquila y el complejo muy bien Estaría bueno que el aire acondicionado sea un poco más potente, nos hizo calor en algún momento

• Daniela (9/5): - La ubicación es excelente para estar cerca de la playa de Leblon y de la Lagoa. Además, tiene el metro en esa misma cuadra. El barrio es hermoso, está lleno de cafés y negocios. El departamento es muy cómodo, es muy muy luminoso y si te asomás por la ventana ves el Morro Dois Irmaos. Tuvimos un problema con el wifi un día pero lo arreglaron ese mismo día. Por lo demás, el departamento cumplió con todas las expectativas, pudimos cocinar bien, trabajar, bañarnos. Tuvimos una excelente estadía. La silla del escritorio no estaba pero hablando nos dijeron que iban a volver a colocarla. Y para mejorar aún más se podría dejar algo de cortesía como sal o un poco de agua.
• Jennifer Ana (9/5): - Departamento muy bien ubicado y seguro. Tiene todas las comodidades para pasar una buena estadía. Me mantuve en contacto con William por WhatsApp, siempre atento para responder mis consultas. Habia un olor raro en el baño, y el agua de la ducha no tenia mucha presión

• Rudete Schuck Candemil (7/5): - Localização/ tamanho do apto. Cama e banho distante do prometido. Falta vistoria da limpeza e dos artigos da casa. Travesseiros velhos, banheiro encardido, chuveiro fraco, sem jato dágua devido falta de limpeza, toalhas gastas, cobertores usados..... Sugiro que vistoriam mais para cumprirem com o prometido. Não atendeu às espectativas ofertadas. Apto amplo, bem localizado e silencioso.
• Adam (8/5): Great stay in safe Leblon - Great location and very secure complex. Very comfortable bed and warm shower. Some of the fixtures and fittings could be updated such as the bathroom door lock. Proper bedside tables would improve the property. It would be nice if the TV was in the living room, not the bedroom.
• Maria (7/5): Safe apartment in a very well located area of Leblon! - The location of the property is great and in terms of security it is also very safe. You can easily reach the best places in Leblon/Ipanema just by walking, which is a plus. The apartment is cozy and also well sized for a couple. Unhotel staff was very helpful and helped us prepare our stay before we arrived, and it is also important to mention the staff of the complex where the apartment is located, that is also helpful and nice. Some details could be improved, which would add even more value to the apartment. In terms of cleanliness, it wasn’t perfect—there were some small bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. The windows also seemed quite old, so when it was very windy, they made a rattling noise. If the cleanliness and organization of the space were better, the apartment would be perfect!
• Bart (8/5): Perfect for remote work and enjoy the beach later. - Great office for remote work. Perfect location! I also loved the view and complex is safe a secure. I think it could be a bit cleaner and there were a lot of dead plants. Either have plants or don’t - but if they are dead that kills a bit the vibe.
• Jessica (9/5): Worth it visuiting - The bed, pilllowabd shower are excellent. There is airco which is required for the summer here. Has everything we needed. And they reply very fast. Only the airco is very noise, but we could sleep either way :)
