• Daniella (7/5): - Dicht bij openbaar vervoer, in een nieuw complex. Ruime badkamer. Niet bedoeld voor 5 volwassenen. Op de kastjes, keuken mag ook gestoft worden. Oftewel betere reiniging.

• Andreas (8/5): Goed appartement met eigen parkeerplaats. - Het appartement bevindt zich in een moderen, recent appartementengebouw en beschikt over een eigen parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage. Uitstekende ligging, dichtbij het centrum van Frankfurt. Tramhalte is dichtbij. Het appartement ziet er wel netjes uit, maar er kan wat meer onderhoud aan worden gedaan. WC-rolhouder hing los, aan de glijstang van de douche ontbrak de houder voor de douchekop en de kasten konden we niet gebruiken omdat deze vol lagen met allerlei huisraad en voorwerpen die niet huis horen in een appartement dat is bestemd voor verhuur. Verder wordt het appartement aangeprezen 'with garden'. Er is inderdaad een tuintje maar ook hier was zichtbaar lange tijd geen onderhoud gepleegd. Voor een verblijf van enkele nachten niet storend, maar dit zou allemaal net even beter kunnen.

• Hyeonji (8/5): Very good - The place was good enough. I was a bit baffled due to a misalignment of the check-out time. When I booked this place the check out time was until 11am, and I have an email confirmation it was written. But turns out, that the check out time has changed to 10am and the information was not timely updated in the description. When the staff told me that the check out time was 10 am, I was so confused. When I raised the issue of the misaligned information, suddenly the property information had changed. In the end they let us stay until 11am, but somebody (I guess a cleaning person?) tried to open the door at 10am…. We put the key in the lock so nothing happened, but this experience was very chaotic I must say.
• Lily (8/5): Good location. Only the apartments is a bit small for 5 of us - Property location is good, very near to Frankfurt main station, only 5 stop away by tram. This property is more main for 2-3 people, but website said can fit 5. Yes, we 5 from Asia can fit, but may not suitable for others.
• Ayaan (7/5): A great apartment to stay in whilst in Frankfurt. - The location is perfect and Heidi was great. She was quick to respond. I enjoyed the apartment for the 4 days that we, were there and it was a great stay, especially with a toddler. There was an odour coming from the laundry room and I reckon it is the pipe lines. Other than that the apartment was clean and tidy. Heidi has thought of everything and made our stay very comfortable.
• Silviya (10/5): Vacation in Frankfurt - Christmas markets - The apartment was very clean and in a very good location - near to the main station and not so far away from the city centre. There were everything that we needed! The host is very nice. There a lot if shops, supermarkets and restaurants near. There is also a small garden where you can be outside.
• Amanda (10/5): A super clean and perfect apartment for a family stay. - We had a lovely stay. Heidi had great communication and met us at the apartment. It was exactly as described and pictured. It was super clean, the beds were all so comfortable and the roller blinds were terrific. The body wash provided smelt lovely and it was great to have a washing machine. Very convenient location close to trams and supermarket. A cute little courtyard to sit outside was lovely too. An iron would be handy but really everything was perfect 😊

Thanks for having your place available 👍 This kind of apartment needs a dishwasher and washing machine. Those can increase the functionality of the house.

• David (4/5): Did not meet expectations. - The description should not say Luxury, this is misleading. This is definitely not a Luxury apartment it is an average apartment at best. This is a 1 bedroom apartment with a couple of beds in the lounge/kitchen area. The apartment gets very hot with no air conditioning only 1 little fan, very unpleasant sleep. A few cables hanging out of the ceiling where lights should be. Exhaust fans in bathroom and laundry hardly work and need replacing. Outdoor seating is a bit grotty. Generally should be cleaner, there was hair in the shower and the table wasn’t cleaned properly.
• Rohan (10/5): Perfect stay with good access to Airport and as well as to the city center - secure parking and perfect livelihood with shops like Penny, Rossmann, Pizzeria available in the vicinity. No complaints

• Mr (6/5): Pleasant - Amazing local bars, amazing local restaurants, great train connections, quiet, clean and comfortable. Too warm with no control, mix match of facilities, heated towel rail didn't work, fridge freezer so noisy it didn't help with sleeping, with window shutters down didn't allow much airflow so affected sleep.
