• Isabella vom Rhein (9/5): - Check in/out unkompliziert, zuvorkommender Vermieter, der alles, was man wissen sollte, im Vorfeld ausführlich erklärt und während des Aufenthaltes jederzeit erreichbar ist. Große Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht und brauchen könnte. Unschlagbar der große Balkon mit Panoramblick auf Bingen und Rüdesheim, ein wahrer Traum. Bei Bedarf ist auch ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage verfügbar, sehr angenehm bei der ansonsten eher schwierigen Parksituation rundum. Ich komme sehr gerne einmal wieder. Wer hier meckert, dem ist nicht zu helfen.
• Elke (9/5): It was great stay for a larger family. - The view was amazing. The Rhein area is very beautiful, but unfortunatly we had not a lot of time. The host was easy to reach. It was a great experience.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der atemberaubende Ausblick aus der Wohnung: Er ist einfach spektakulär und macht den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
• Heidi (10/5): Very comfortable apartment with stunning views - A wonderful apartment with stunning views. Close to vineyards, good hikes, and a 15 minute walk to the city center. Great amenities with everything you need for a very comfortable stay including two bathrooms, a big screen TV, washer/dryer, elevator, cappuccino machine and even an electric adjustable bed. The host was very generous and helpful!

• Heinz (9/5): Der Tag beginnt mit Frühstück und herrlichem Ausblick - Wir hatten ein großes Apartment mit herrlichem Blick auf Bingen und den Rhein. Die Wohnung -insbesondere die Möbel- war zwar nicht frisch/modern eingerichtet, dafür aber sauber und reichlich ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschinen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, .......). Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr freundlich und -teils per Whatsapp- ohne Probleme. Fragen/Wünsche wurden schnell beantwortet/umgesetzt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Spaziergänge, Benutzung des ÖNPV ist die Lage ideal und ruhig. In den Trubel von Rüdesheim auf der anderen Rheinseite kann man sich ggf. fußläufig per Fähre begeben.

• Suwannee (8/5): Stay with View- Bingen. - View from balcony high up is great. Most suitable for people with car. We did not have a car, but the walk was good for us, approx 25 minutes from train station-up hill all the way. The apartment is fully equipped, like at home. We only stay overnight, found a good restaurant by the river. We wish we could explore more. A bit complicated for key collection and had to buzz to Peter’s apartment to open the apartment complex door, otherwise needed somebody to walk in/out.

Wonderful communication with the host (Peter) who was very responsive and comprehensive. Wonderful that our dog was welcomed. The parking garage is narrow and low but we managed to park our VW Sharan without issues.

Apartment has all the equipment you might need from coffee machines, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. We really appreciated there’s a parking spot under the building. • Prshultz (9/5): Superb - Great location. The host was excellent and tried to make our stay the best. He even called to check on us when there were storms in the area. Maybe having a stock of basics like coffee or water. But this was not promised - so we did not expect it.

• Jeremiah (9/5): Overall satisfied with our stay! - The apartment is big, spacious, with a spectacular view of Bingen, the Rhine, and some parts of Rüdesheim. Peter was a very good and interactive host. We actually didn't need to meet him personally, everything was done through phone communication, including the self check-in. But he provides a lot of information and tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Keep in mind that this building is on top of a hill, so ideally you would have a car. We didn't have a car so often took taxis (not so bad, around 8 to 15 euros each time to get around Bingen, we were 4 people). The bus situation is just OK so I would recommend calling up the taxis like the company TaxiOnTime. We had some issues with the cleanliness when we arrived and some dissatisfaction with the cleaning ladies as we were leaving. So I suggested to the owner Peter to get new cleaning ladies since they're not good for his business (I hope he follows our recommendation!).

It was also nice that we could get to the property much earlier than the check-in time. * Very nice view! * The apartment has everything we need. * The arrival is a bit problematic: The building entrance was locked and the automatic system didn't work, so we had to wait until someone came out or got in. Luckily we just had to wait for less than 10 minutes. * The way down to the parking spot (in the garage) involves a narrow turn. It might be challenging for big cars and drivers who don't have much experience with this. * New pans will be appreciated (though, they worked quite ok).
