Important Information
Please note that guests must be at least 25 years of age to book at Étoile du Matin by Tremblant Sunstar and must be present throughout the whole stay.
For ecological and safety reasons, only ecological logs are permitted in the fireplace. A CAD 500 penalty will be imposed if other materials are burned in the fireplace. Two ecological logs are provided free of charge during your stay. You can buy other ecological logs at the Château Beauvallon reception desk. The use of the fireplace is the customer's responsibility. A burning fireplace should never be left unattended. Using fireplace is permitted only between mid-October to early May.
All units are equipped with a BBQ during the summer season from May 1 to October 15.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Olivier (8/5): Malgré tout un séjour en famille très agréable - La tranquillité, emplacement Le lave vaisselle lave mal, couteau ne coupe pas , table de cuisine devraient être sablé et revernie et les matelas pas très confortables

- MILIND (9/5): - The location is just Amazing. Commuting to the city Centre is very nearby which is a huge plus. Lovely property A scrubber would be highly appreciated to be able to clean utensils. Or dishwashing pods would help as well
- Safia (6/5): Great location! Needs to be more clean - Love the location and the pool area. About 5 mins drive from the village What downrates this facility is its cleanliness. The sofa bed sheet was very dirty and soiled with food which was not taken care of rightaway. When we called the management she said they will send someone next morning which means we had to sleep on dirty sheet for the whole night. Also the sofa bed was overall in a bad state with its rundown mattress ripped seats One of the bathrooms had no lock or it was broken. A technician came in just to survey and told us that it cannot be fixed during our stay and since it needs an approval from the owner it will take longer. Dryer was not functioning. We also complained about the dryer about which we were told that we can take our clothes to the main office to dry which was very inconvenient because the main office was about 10 minutes drive.

Dryer did not dry clothes even though we attempted 3 cycles to dry towels and made sure filters were in place. Electrical wires exposed from floor under couch. All beds are very firm. None of the gondola or shuttles in the area were operational (not the fault of the condo owner)

- Snow (5/5): Great location but poorly maintained units. - The location is awesome. Well stocked kitchen. There were many things in the two units that we booked that were broken. For example, we sat on a dining room chair once and it completely broke, causing our friend to fall and hit his head. The patio chairs are broken or very nearly broken. One patio had no chairs on it. Screens were broken, curtains were missing, dishwasher was not secured so would tip over, beds were all hard or springy (no one had a good sleep), the passes for the hot tub did not work and the gondola wasn’t running all weekend. There might be three channels that work in total on the TV. Overall, we would not rent these units again from this property management company. There are other units in this property that are managed much better by other companies.

- Dorleen (5/5): Passable - the location was great the apartment was dirty and dusty, many of the blinds were broken, the beds were very uncomfortable
- Barbara (9/5): Superb - The key pick up system is outdated. There should be electronic locks and codes sent to the customer. We had to wait in the parking lot to pick up keys after a day of skiing. On the last day we packed up to ski for the day but you have to drive the keys off site to turn them in and then drive back to the mountain to ski. The ski tickets are expensive and wasting time driving keys around eats into your ski time. Updating the key system would be so much more pleasurable.

- Ranco (7/5): Good - The location, size, kitchen amenities were all good. The pool was really nice. The hot tub being closed was a big disappointment. Also, the mattresses and and some of the furniture (like the outdoor chairs) felt old and uncomfortable.
