• Philip (5/5): Should have been fantastic, instead it was very disappointing. - Unit was spacious, bed was very comfortable, shower was strong and hot, position and view were amazing. The unit was over a fish and chip shop (which we hadn't known until after we paid our money) and the exhaust ran through a duct in the main bedroon, so when the shop was open (noon to 7.30pm) there was a very, very loud, constant rumbling noise heard clearly throughout the whole unit. Once that switched off, for the rest of the night, there were periodic bursts of 40 second rumbling (fridge? freezer?) disturbing our sleep. Totally ruined the otherwise great accommodation.

• Judi (7/5): - Location and instructions were great. Great views and easy access to shops. Great place to go for walks along foreshore. The vent in the main bedroom which seems to be from the fish and chip shop below was very loud when I arrived. However, it stopped when sleeping later in the evening.
• Morse (5/5): Night noise was the problem - Location Unable to get a good nights sleep due to fridge and fans from shop below and also showers and taps being turned on in the adjoining property.
• Stuart (10/5): Great two bedroom apartment with a great view of the beach. - This excellent 2 bedroom fully equipped 1st floor apartment was very comfortable and stylish. Appreciated that our host left us some nice welcome snacks and wine. Beds were comfortable as was the lounge seating. The highlight for us was the location right opposite the beach and the nice view of beach area from the deck. The property has 2 bedrooms with a queen size double bed in each which we knew when we booked. For families like us an option of two single beds in one of the rooms would have worked better. But we still loved our stay.

• Raymond (9/5): Enjoyable and relaxing stay - Very comfortable apartment including the bed, very clean, great shower and location, right on the main Street, walk everywhere. Apt has a nice balcony with beach views. Generous welcome gifts too. Can’t think of anything, we had no trouble parking in the street. The fish n chip shop downstairs does have an exhaust fan running from about approx. 11am until 7pm but that would only be an issue if you want to sleep in the main bedroom over those hours. It didn’t bother us at all, we were out or in the lounge over those hours. It was handy too, we had delicious burgers for dinner one night.

Balcony doors not latched at top so rattled/banged in very windy nights. Oven did not seem to work (no Instructions) TV sound was terrible (speakers inadequate)

• Karina (8/5): Perfect for a weekend getaway - Great location, great view. Very comfortable and well appointed. A little noise from the fish and chip shop below, but it stopped when service closed. It did not really bother us at all.
• Michael (9/5): Perfect - Stayed for 1 night only with family members from Malaysia. The location was perfect being directly opposite the beach with 100% ocean frontage. Apartment was very clean and presentable with everything required for a stay over. Richard the host was outstanding with his communication. Check in was flawless, with detailed information as to Apartment location and how to access keys. Will defiantly return, however my next stay will be a lot longer then my previous 1 night stay. • Shelly (9/5): Perfect lil getaway for a couple or small group seeking a peaceful no fuss weekend ! - The location is perfect, opposite the beach. Amongst the cafes and IGA a few doors down. Everything is at your doorstep! There wasn’t much didn’t like!

• Rosemary (8/5): Overall, a lovely 3 day break. Sitting on the balcony was lovely. - Welcome pack was lovely, thank you. Very weel decorated and clean. Just over the road from the beach and walking trails. The cooking oil smells the first two days was a little overwhelming. We did not know the apartment was above a fish and chip shop. A cooking oil truck came, and after that, there was no smell at all. Fan in back bedroom, a little noisy, but not a deal breaker as it went off at 8.00pm.

• John (8/5): Very good - The position on the beach front in Pt Lonsdale was excellent & our balcony made for eating outside with the view outstanding. There were a few maintenance issue's that needed addressing. The door under the sink requires hinge adjustments to close. The blind in the 2nd bedroom does not close but goes around & around! No working light in the hallway . Outside the shower at ground level needs a good clean to remove the grim.
• Laura (9/5): Amazing stay in a great location! We would stay again and hopefully for longer. - Location, easy to find and access, clean and well maintained with everything we needed. Only negative was the pillows on the beds- next time we’ll just bring our own though- no big deal.

Perhaps an exhaust fan from downstairs that was quite loud during the night so.minimal sleep. The cutlery drawer was not clean. Cobwebs throughout the apartment. Sorry for the review but it was not the expectation I had.
• Danielle (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic and in the main strip of shops. The lounge view is fantastic, overlooking the ocean. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
• Rex (10/5): Most enjoyable 4 days in a very comfortable facility. - Facilities inside were excellent, everything we needed was provided and in working order. Outlook was excellent making it tempting to stay indoors and enjoy the ambience. The central location made us feel part of the township and partake in the relaxed vibe. Welcome hamper appreciated. Parking was the only real concern and a little misleading in the marketing. Minor observations which did not mar our time there were the light in the passage was not working and the seating consisted of a 3 seater couch and a wooden chair which was solely for decorative purposes and most uncomfortable, yet the accommodation was for 4 people.

• Lise (8/5): Very good - Had well equipped kitchen. Nice views of the ocean. Rooms were spacious. Very clean. Patio was nice a big. Could use more seating in the living room. There were 4 of us. We had to bring a chair from outside to sit on. The single chair in the living room was uncomfortable and hard. The scented diffuser was too strong in the livingroom. We had to put it outside. Otherwise comfortable.

Location opposite the beach was great with a lovely view over Port Phillip Bay. Loved being right in the village near the shops and cafes. Richard was very helpful and left a generous welcome pack.
• Diana (10/5): Excellent stay - Really enjoyed the light filled apartment with its own terrace overlooking the sea. Easy to park outside and then to find a long stay parking. Excellent communication with Richard and easy to access. Good location in a small terrace of shops and restaurants, all very friendly. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. A little noise was apparent from the shop below but was not intrusive and closed at 7.30pm. And not open Monday or Tuesday.

• Sela (9/5): Fabulous property, fabulous weather, could not have asked for a fantastic weekend away. - Location, Location, Location. Clean, Seaview and right in the middle of town. You cannot be any closer to all of the facilities that the town has to offer. There wasn’t anything to dislike about the property.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Beautiful, bright, clean, well equipped apartment with stunning beach views. - Perfect location and the apartment was lovely and light, stunning views, clean, and very well equipped. We even had a complimentary bottle of wine, muesli and chocolate- thank you 🥰 The only negative was we could hear the fridge/ cooler room from downstairs kicking in and running intermittently from the back bedroom. I’m a light sleeper so it kept me awake.

• Euphemie (7/5): A well appointed apartment in a great location with a view of the ocean. - The location and the view. It was easy to check in. Hamper on arrival was very nice. The place smelled like cooking oil(?) mixed with scented sticks. There was a humming noise that came and went all night in the back bedroom that sounded like an extraction fan from the premises below.

• Robert (9/5): Fabulous place to stay right in the heart of Point Lonsdale - The location was perfect, the apartment was spacious and very well equipped . The view of the bay was fantastic from the large balcony. There were plenty of supplies provided , the granola was pretty nice. The apartment is located above the Lonnie fish and chip shop, very handy for dinner!! Thanks Richard. There isn’t any onsite parking, so you have to park in the street which isn’t a real problem. The plant noise from the shop is a little bit intrusive while the shop is open, but it closes reasonably early.

I think for the price point it would be nice to have a coffee machine, even just a simple pod one would be great! Wouldn’t stop us from staying again though.

On the bench Richard had left us a surprise basket with local products, wine,chocolates, breakfast cereal and more thanks Richard. We appreciated the comfortable bed. We have no complaints about the property.
• Sheila (8/5): Just one problem - Great venue and location, clean bright, airy. I can't sleep on foam rubber mattresses. They leave me achey and stiff all the next day. I considered sleeping on the floor. It negatively impacted my enjoyment of the whole stay.

Negatives were few but there was a bit of noise possibly an air con unit turning on, (unsure if this came from the property or shop below) and balcony would have been good with shade. Otherwise great spot.

• Rodney (9/5): A good relaxing spot with water views and good waking and viewing areas to enjoy the ocean. - We liked all the little extra welcoming hamper left for us to enjoy. Cleaning product in the kitchen and bathroom extras. The view from the lounge and the balcony was great. The furnishings and decor gave the apartment a nice ambience to enjoy and relax. Only negative was the constant smell of fried fish and chips that seaped through the apartment due to Fish and chips restaurant being below the apartment. Our clothes still lingered with the odour even when we arrived home. Occasionally there is a fan noise or fridge noise from downstairs going on and off during the night.

Set a very positive note and sense of generosity. Would have been good to have a variety of pillows. Those available weren't comfortable. Also, would be great to have a larger bed in one of the rooms (preferably king-size).

This apartment is very central, above the Fish and Chip shop in the Main Street. Lots of restraunts nearby. On arrival there was a very generous welcome pack made up from local products. The apartment was very comfortable, beds ever so comfy also, we had a problem with the TV, Richard was very promt in helping sorting out. We had Netflix and Utube on smart TV, which we have never had in a rental property. Lonnies is very well equiped with all one needs. We highly reccommend Lonnies beachfront in Point Lonsdale. Nothing

Will definitely be back. - Excellent location, lovely bright space (on an overcast day it made a huge difference), lovely basket of goodies on arrival and a late checkout offered (which was very generous). A couple of kitchen items missing - like a collander or sieve, and bottle opener. Otherwise, terrific facilities.
