• Christine (8/5): Great time with fabulous friends. - No hair-dryer to dry hair. Mats in the bedrooms are a trip hazard. Door to the outside in the main bedroom didn't lock. 1 PowerPoint in kitchen didt not work properly. Overall fabulous sized unit.

• Maureen (7/5): Enjoyable - Nice and roomy Comfy beds Central location. No curtain or blind on two bedroom windows Carpet needs cleaning or replacing.
• Karen (4/5): Not happy - Location, lounge room beautiful and so were furnishings Hair on bed protectors, fans dirty, ants and cockroaches over benches at night, blinds broken in bedrooms, overall dirty apartment
• Lisa (7/5): Great spot, shame about the cockroaches/dust. - The location is awesome, very central, and just far enough away from town green to avoid the noise on Friday/Saturday night. Easy check-in & Big spacious apartment. There was a disgusting amount of German cockroaches all through the apartment (particularly in the kitchen...in the toaster, under the fridge, in cupboards etc). We ended up buying bug spray, which still didn't stop them. Had to keep the bin outside at night time to deter them. Our 1.5yo son ended up with big bites all over him at night time (even with using spray in his room before he went to sleep, and trying anti-bug stickers on his clothes). Also the vacuum we found in the wardrobe didn't work, which was a shame as I would have liked to give the carpet a clean... The whole apartment smelt quite dusty & was hard to air out. Also a number of outside chairs were rusted out and unusable.
• Alfredo (5/5): Overall okay except for cockroaches in the kitchen - Very Spacious And plenty of room for our family of 6 Mostly clean German small Cockroaches in the kitchen
• Nicole (7/5): We has a good time close to some great restaurants. - Location size and space generous. The beds not comfortable and out door furniture all broken and very aged. Rust from the legs all over patio. Dangerous with a toddler or baby crawling around. Apartment Needs a refresh overall.

Absolutely terrible, did not stay has to book alternative Accomadation We did not stay there had to rent a new apartment for our entire stay. The apartment has a really bad smell made us vomit and is almost below ground level with no natural sunlight and ventilation. Absolutely terrible apartment to be rent out as holiday accommodation. Would like compensation???

• Caroline (10/5): Great place in a good location - It was a great unit would love to stay again. Central to everything. The unit was clean neat and tidy and had everything we needed. Really needs to have WIFi it is one of the very few places that doesn’t offer wifi. WiFi is not that expensive.

• Paul (7/5): Good - Good location. Nice patio. Plenty of space. Clean and nicely decorated. Poor bathroom layout. Shower was too small. Kitchen was cramped. Air con didn't work very well. BBQ was filthy. Needs wi-fi
