• Amanda (8/5): The unit is fabulous but has no air conditioning or WiFi so I probably wouldn’t stay in the warmer months, the managing - The location is central and within walking distance to shopping, beach, breakwall and restaurants. The apartment is managed by a real estate agent which is fine except that they charge more than what is advertised on booking.com. Firstly they sent me an invoice for approx $170 more than I had agreed on the website in a separate invoice emailed to me. When I flagged it with them I received another invoice, this time approx $20 more. I don’t bother fighting anymore at that point as I had already wasted too much time on what is supposed to be an easy booking process but it’s the principle that bothered me, sure it’s only $20 for me this time but what’s to stop them billing the next person $200 more for example. I also phoned to ask if the office would be open on the public holiday or would it be a drop box and I had several conflicting emails about whether or not linen was supplied which I wanted to confirm. The lady on the phone was quite short and rude and I felt like she couldn’t get off the phone fast enough so I’m not sure how they would be if you really needed som assistance.

• James (7/5): Good - No breakfast The first time we stayed at 2/3 Munster street we gave a wonderful review for this appartment so we booked this unit again. We arrived to pick up the keys/ REMOTE to the unit (we used the remote last time ) to find out that there is NO remote, as my husband & myself are in our early 80s we found it hard to turn the key to get into the garage on the steep driveway which is very dangerous I hope next time when we come to Port Macquarie again this year we may be able to book this unit again WITH THE GARAGE REMOTE.
• Tracey (9/5): The apartment was clean and suited our needs! Location was excellent - The location Having to supply own linen and no air conditioning for cool and heat! Rubbish bins were not informed of where they were in apartment and carpark very tight

• Peter (8/5): enjoyed our trip & locale. accommodation very clean & reasonable value. - location was great, beds were vey comfortable & facilities excellent Not air-conditioned & it was quite warm particularly as we had to close windows at night due to noisy neighbours at Northpoint next door. Having to supply your own or pay extra for towels & linen but it was our choice to stay knowing that fact.

• Lisa (10/5): Great modern unit and great location! - The location was excellent! Very close to town and the Breakwall. Walking was easy, even for my elderly parents. Lovely renovated and comfortable unit. Sunny and great view. No hair dryer.
• Michelle (10/5): Excellent accomodation, you will not be disappointed if you choose this apartment!! - The apartment was exceptional, well decorated, had everything you could want in an apartment even had toys, games and puzzles and DVDs for kids and books and DVDs for adults. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, kids playground, beach and break wall. Views were very good from all rooms in the apartment. Having to either provide or hire your own sheet’s and towels and there was no hair dryer which was very unexpected considering everything else was available. If you have a very low profile car or large vehicle you may not be able to manoeuvre it into the angled car park.
