• Dion (3/5): Potential Falls Short - The location is excellent for accessing the bus to travel to the falls or airport. The air con worked well as did the fridge. We had power outlets on each side of the bed. As we were being checked into the room there was a powerful odor of feces outside. So every time we entered or left we moved quickly through the door. And we couldn’t open the windows. We’re concerned about the animal source. The water pressure is extremely low. Towels had an odor as though they air dried too slowly. The place felt unclean.

• mirta Liliana (10/5): Sin dudas, un lugar para volver y recomendar 💯 - Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. La Casa 24 ofrece una habitación realmente confortable, con un diseño cuidado y una combinación perfecta de estilo y comodidad. La pileta y el patio generan un ambiente súper tranquilo, ideal para relajarse y desconectar. Desde el primer momento fuimos muy bien recibidos por Nicolás, quien se mostró siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a brindarnos todas las recomendaciones necesarias. Su dedicación y atención a cada detalle marcaron la diferencia.
• JAvier (4/5): Solo tiene buena ubicación. - Ubicación muy buena. Baño en mal estado e instalaciones muy viejas. Nada contento con la gestión del pago: conversión del precio de dólares a pesos (cambio que estimó el propietario), cuando el establecimiento ya tiene precio en pesos, y recargo del 10% por pago con tarjeta. Esto sólo nos ocurrió en este alojamiento de los 7 visitados en Argentina, de hecho el resto fuera de BsAs nos hacían descuento del 10% por pago en metálico. El extra coste no fue un problema, pero no da buena imagen.

• Elena (7/5): Ubicación inmejorable y buen precio, pero necesita actualización - La ubicación es prácticamente inmejorable si te vas a mover en bus, está justo en frente de la estación y cerca del centro, con restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. El apartamento es amplio y tiene aire acondicionado y piscina, que es de agradecer. Todo esto a un precio bastante razonable en comparación con lo que hay en Puerto Iguazú. El estado es en general viejo, más viejo desde luego que lo que se ve en fotos. El sofá no invita a sentarse, la nevera es muy antigua… y el baño es especialmente incómodo: malos olores y un retrete cuya tapa y taza no funcionan correctamente. Es una pena porque el apartamento en sí tiene cosas buenas, pero hay puntos importantes que no parecen bien cuidados.

Nos recomendó lugares, horarios, estuvo atento a lo que pudiéramos necesitar, nos contacto con un chófer, Julio, excepcional. Es seguro, tranquilo y se descansa súper bien. Todo estaba bien. No hubo nada que no me gustará, si solo para tener en cuenta a quien quiera ir q la ducha del baño es tipo cabina y no es muy grande.

The room was larger than I expected and quite comfortable. Because we needed to meet the host for keys, it made timing awkward. It was impossible for us to communicate exactly when we would arrive (some things outside of our control) which meant we were sitting outside waiting for keys for a bit.

I have trouble with stairs and could not use the kitchen at all. I had difficulty navigating the stairs to the street, especially in the rain. The place is NOT on all one floor, the ground floor. When I told the owner I could not use the kitchen because of the stairs, he just shrugged it off.

The owner gave me lots of tips for what was happening in the area. Nice and quiet at night. Sound can carry from the pool area into the room when people are outside their rooms talking but there weren't any real issues with that at night.

Nos permitió dejar las maletas en el locker y utilizar piscina y baño exterior. La cama muy cómoda para descansar completamente. La zona de la piscina es estupenda para tener unos momentos de relax y refrescarse del calor. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, frente a la terminal de buses para ir al aeropuerto o las cataratas y muy cerca de la Avenida de Brasil, centro neurálgico de ocio de Puerto Iguazú. También tiene restaurantes más cercanos y otros comercios como supermercados o farmacia a escasos metros. Por decir algo, el sofá es de piel sintética y sería mas cómodo con un tejido natural que lo cubra, como una funda de algodón. Los cojines del sofá son demasiado pequeños, unicamente decorativos. También sería interesante incluir un microondas en el apartamento.

• Ting Ting (8/5): 地理位置优越，周边配套齐全。房间整洁，满足我大部分需求。入住愉快。最好用美元现金结算房费。 - 1.房间配置全，屋内有内置厨房，有微波炉、冰箱、电磁炉、餐具等等，可以做简单的早餐。而且房间有雨伞，伊瓜苏的天气变化多端，在镇上有把伞可以随时防止淋雨。2.地理位置极好，对面就是巴士总站，去瀑布或者机场很方便。另外周边有超市和餐馆，出行便利。 屋内防蚊要加强，伊瓜苏属于热带雨林，蚊虫多，屋内没有驱蚊液和电蚊香，我入住的时候还问了房东有没有蚊子，他特别肯定说没有，然后就看到两只蚊子在屋内飞😓

• Ramona (9/5): Comfortable, restful and friendly accomodations with room kitchenette and small pool at a good price - The communications with the host/staff in advance of our arrival were excellent, and we were able to check in immediately upon our arrival, as arranged in advance, about noon. A staff host (Nicholas, not Alejandro) was watching for us from the little arts and crafts store connected to the inn--which was, surprisingly to us, open on Christmas Day, as were many businesses), and immediately led us to our room, up some (rather steep!) steps and into a 2nd floor courtyard, with a small pool in the center. Nicholas gave us helpful information and then left us (to nap through the heat of the day and then go exploring). After walking in the early evening cool to the TRI-country view along the Iguazu river and then having drinks and snacks in a very pleasant, open air corner bar/pizzeria (with some Middle Eastern/Indian dishes: very international!), we enjoyed returning to the peaceful, garden-like setting around the cooling pool and chatting there with a couple of other guests. We liked having the little kitchenette to prepare a late night snack and appreciated all the electrical outlets--far better than in some "vintage" properties like this one. We also liked the room's bright color scheme and interesting artistic touches. The CASA location is very convenient and easy for taxi drivers to find, as we learned at our 6 a.m. pick up to get driven to the Puerto Iguazu airport (which is small and very pleasant and efficient). (The CASA staff can arrange such transport, but we had set up a less-expensive prepaid taxi service on our own that worked very well.) Finally, as to the CASA, we appreciated that there was no issue with our departing at 6 a.m., before official check-out hours, just leaving the key in the room door and leaving through the unlocked front gate. (The town, though very much a multi-cultural and rather touristy international border area, felt very safe --as Nicholas volunteered to us that it was). It wasn't clear to me that the 21% VAT tax that Argentineans (but not foreigners) have to pay on hotel bookings got deducted from the price charged. • Alfred (8/5): Lage perfekt am Busterminal - Unser Flug hatte Verspätung, sodass wir erst um 23 Uhr angekommen sind. Der Vermieter hat auf uns gewartet und uns den Schlüssel gegeben und alles erklärt. Das organisierte Taxi hat auch am Flughafen trotz Verspätung gewartet.
