• MeryLud (9/5): Apartamento recomendado - Estuvo muy bien y coordinada la llegada y recepción.Nos gusto mucho la amplitud de los espacios, estuvo muy bien para 6 personas y eso que al tercer baño lo descubrimos recién al segundo día El wifi no llegaba bien a las habitaciones del fondo y habia una puerta de servicio que no tenía llave para mas seguridad. Una de las chicas que durmió en el cuarto con cama doble dijo que el colchon necesitaba un cambio
• GAZMAN30 (9/5): - Très belle vue..maison très grande et confortable. La gestion des poubelles n'est pas simple quand on n'a pas de voiture.
• Edgardo (10/5): Súper cómodo y bien ubucado - Su ubicación y la comodidad . Eramos 7 personas y estábamos muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario para estadías largas. Esta a dos cuadras de la playa de Ipanena No hay comentarios negativos
• sol spagnuolo (9/5): Inmejorable ubicación, amplio, luminoso y silencioso - La ubicación, la amplitud y lo silencioso. La cama individual de la habitación más pequeña tiene el elástico roto y el colchón está bastante deteriorado también. Las demás camas estaban impecables pero a mí me tocó esa, así que no fue tan cómodo dormir. Habría que equipar con un poco más de utensilios la cocina ya que se hacía un poco difícil cocinar en casa.
• Tiago (5/5): - O apartamento é muito bom e com boas condições e bem equipado. Estava tudo limpo, organizado e corresponde às expectativas. A localização também é bastante conveniente. O único ponto menos positivo prende-se com a política extremamente restritiva relativamente a visitas. Ao contrário do que o anúncio pode dar a entender, é totalmente impossível levar qualquer pessoa ao apartamento, nem que seja amigos para almoçar ou simplesmente deixar malas por alguns minutos. Independentemente de avisarmos com antecedencia. Nunca nos tinha acontecido algo assim, o que torna o ambiente quase monástico e pouco flexível. Além disso, durante a estadia, suspeitarmos que alguem entrou no apartamento, por haver um conjunto de coisas que mudaram de sítio, o que nos causou algum desconforto. São aspetos que retiram alguma tranquilidade à experiência.
• Gabriela (10/5): - Tudo impecável, limpo, organizado, climatizado! Sem reclamações. Porta com fechadura eletrônica facilita demais. William nos atendeu pelo WhatsApp e foi sempre solicito do checkin ou checkout!
• Monica (8/5): - El departamento es tal cual las fotos, precioso. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, muy limpio, bien ubicado. Tiene filtro de agua en la cocina lo cual es superior importante en Rio. Heladera y lavarropas. Seguridad 24hs. Llegamos tarde el primer día y nos esperaron para explicarnos todo. Sólo un comentario: llegamos 4 personas el primer día y 2 más el segundo día tarde a la noche, y no habían pasado los datos de uno de los pasajeros al personal de seguridad. Casi no lo dejan entrar y los contactos no respondieron. Por la hora. Fue un momento feo.

• ANTONIA (4/5): Experiencia desagradable pero con una perfecta ubicacion - La ubicación inmejorable. La playa de Ipanema a 4 minutos, restaurantes, supermercados y un muy buen ambiente. La zona no transmite inseguridad. Las camas eran comodas y el apartamento es muy amplio. La cocina estaba bastante sucia. Nos encontramos un plato de huevos revueltos dentro del microondas a saber de cuando eran. Nos hay campana extractora y se tiende la ropa en la cocina llena de humo si cocinas. En unas de las camas de matrimonio habian pelos y olia mal. Las persianas estan medio rotas y debido al sistema que tiene no se pueden bajar ni subir. Encontramos un paño de la cocina sucio metido en un cajon. No habia ninguno mas.No hay ni un mantel para poder poner en la mesa. La casa esta llena de mosquitos. Tuvimos que comprar insecticida porque en la casa tampoco tenian.

• Renata (9/5): - O apartamento é lindo! Limpeza dos banheiros e da casa boa. Na cozinha senti falta de uns itens básicos tipo escorredor de macarrão, colher de cafe tem uma gaveta TB com uns utensílios velhos que não tive coragem de usar. As louças e panelas TB bem velhas. Não tinha pano de prato.

• Brett (9/5): Great place to stay and explore Rio de Janeiro - 24 hour door staff ensure perfect safety - not that the location is unsafe by Rio standards - it's pretty good anyway. Good facilities - kitchen with full equipment. Supermarket across the road Metro station and 24 hour cafe 50m from the front door. Apartment is slightly shabby - but to be honest it's entirely functional, and a little shabby is very much the vibe of the building and area.
• Traveldorei (8/5): nice place, good deal. - Good place in good location. Helpful administrator on arrival and pre-checkin. good amount of papers, towels. AC, all ok and working well. most things well maintained. one friend feels the single room mattress was very soft, too soft. Some cabinet or windows have seen better days but all can be used.
• Brew (7/5): Good - We were grateful for the early check in option. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Ipanema, you couldn't get better for money in terms of location. The size of the apartment is great, very big and furnished well, if it were cleaned more it would have been perfect. It's very safe and secure, with 24hr door security. It is important to note that there was no option for us to leave our bags anywhere after check out. Due to the apartment being advertised like a 'hotel' (UnHotel being the name...) you would assume that the offer of bag storage would be the same, all we were offered was a very expensive paid bag storage app. We had big bags and a flight that evening, meaning we wasted a day in Rio as we could not explore with our bags. This should be advertised by the property in the description so that people aren't left with the same problem that we had. The apartment needs a serious deep clean. There was a strong smell of body odour throughout the entire apartment when we arrived. This extended to the first bedroom on the left, where there was a smell of urine in the bedroom corners, making it difficult to sleep in this room. Kitchen cupboards smelt like black mould, utensils and bathrooms weren't cleaned properly. The internet was very patchy and did not work in bedrooms. The television also did not work and would not connect to channels.
• Guido (6/5): Nice apartment - crazy house rules - go elsewhere ! - The apartment was very well equipped. Everything you could possibly need was in the kitchen. The balcony faces a hospital - so no view. Aircondition worked good.The apartment is located just 2 streets from Ipanema beach and very close to Metro station. Supermarkets are close by. Location is perfect. The house rules were ridiculous! The father in law of one in our group come to bring something. He was not allowed to enter the apartment. Come on - this is crazy. He come at 11 am so he was not going to stay overnight. This is crazy. Also you were not allowed to walk bare foot in the house - not shirtless no bathing suits - if you dont comply there is an outreagous fine. I hate it if someone tells me how to behave. I am a grown man and know how to behave. Those rules were really annoying and therefore i would not recommend nor would go back to this place! Usually the people in Rio are very relaxed and easy going - not here! Stay away if you dont want to be treated liks a child.
• Charles (7/5): Great location, but needs some attention - We enjoyed the space provided by the appartment. The location was very nice, close to super markets, restaurants and the beach, Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The parquet floors need repair/ replacement. The floors were dirty because they were coming loose and the glue / cement was coming up. It would have been nice to have had coffee, shower soap, salt and pepper,. There was a dog that started barking at 6:15 AM and never stopped.
• Erico (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is large and comfortable, with AC in every room, though a bit dated. Location is good. It was clean and had all we needed. It's a bit dated, the showers and faucets don't work so well. One of the problems was that we could not invite a friend upstairs just for a while because the doorman didn't allow it, which sounds quite harsh. We asked for an authorization over whatsapp but the host never replied. Another problem is that the property cancelled the booking in the platform *after checkout*, even though we had already stayed and payed for it. That's a problem not just because it's dishonest, but because it invalidates a discount I had and which had already shared with friends, so be careful if that's your case.
