- Peter (10/5): Very affordable apartment for up to six people - Great location, one block from beach. 9th floor has much less street noise. Cable TV and good internet. Laundry machine. The agency sent electrician within minutes to fix a few minor problems. Air-conditioning in one bedroom wasn't working. They already placed a mobile unit, but I couldn't use it because the vent hose that produces hot air had to stick out the window. Now, the street noise and the noise and heat from other compressors right below the window made it too uncomfortable. The two very stark bright light bulbs on the ceiling in the bedrooms are very unpleasant. They need to add nightstands with soft table lamps.
