• Ana Cristina (9/5): - Ótima localização, limpeza, com máquina de lavar ,cadeiras de praia e guarda chuva que foram muito úteis. Pena as obras no edifício e ao lado dele .
• Patricia (8/5): Studio funcional, confortável e muito bem localizado - Studio funcional para uma pessoa, em excelente localização em Ipanema. O local é bem organizado, bem distribuído e bem cuidado. Não tive nenhum problema durante a acomodação. A cozinha possui itens básicos mas não é totalmente preparada para aqueles que tiverem a necessidade de cozinhar durante a hospedagem.

• Alisha (7/5): - Das Appartment war sehr geräumig und sauber. Super Lage mit zahlreichen Bars/Restaurants, 2 min entfernt vom Strand. Das Wlan funktionierte super und man hatte einen Schrank, wo man seine Kleidung einräumen konnte. Leider hatten wir Check-in Probleme, da der Wachmann nicht wusste, in welches Appartment wir müssen (er sprach nur portugiesisch). Die Gastgeber waren zu der Zeit nicht erreichbar. Das größte Problem ist jedoch ein großes Bauprojekt direkt nebenan, welches einen täglich um 6:00 weckt, wofür die Gastgeber jedoch nichts können.

• Robinson (8/5): Departamento lindo y bien ubicado - Muy buena ubicación, cerca de locales y de la playa misma. El departamento está bien decorado, es limpio y las camas son cómodas. Se agradecen las cápsulas de nespresso, el café molido, las galletitas y también la sal, así como los materiales básicos de limpieza. También tiene lavarropas, lo cual puede ser útil. Los espacios de guardado de ropa y otros elementos son grandes y cómodos. Tienen secador de pelo y plancha para la ropa. Si te vas a alojar y no vas a cocinar mucho, está bien. Para preparar un desayuno o una comida le faltarían más electrodomésticos o utensilios. No estaría mal que tengan una tostadora, una pava eléctrica (o de lo contrario, una pava para poner sobre la hornalla) o un cuchillo grande (los unicos cuchillos son tipo serrucho, tramontina). A pesar de tener lavarropas, la única manera de secarla es con el tender que se encuentra en la ventana. El mismo está un poco viejo y no admite mucha cantidad de ropa colgada.

• David (8/5): The communication with the host wasnt the best. On 2 occassions, there was not a tunely response. - I was able to get my key within a few minutes The reception didnt have my information and i had to call the owner to confirm my stay

• Angeloptk (8/5): Very good - This is in a really good location and a secure property. There is a guard that watches over the entrance all the time. It is also close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The room is also well-equipped including a washing machine. The bed is very comfortable. I didn't get the check in instructions right away probably because the host used my number here and sent a message via Whatsapp. It turns out the key is with the security guard.
• Wendy (9/5): Lovely place! Comfortable and good location. - I loved the place! It is on a great location nearby Ipanema beach, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. The place itself is quite quiet, so we slept well and the bed is also quite comfortable. Of course the space is a bit small (esp the bed room), but for us this was not a problem at all. The studio is really like the pictures! The location also felt very safe. There is security all the time and also outside nearby Ipenema beach there is police everywhere. - no space to hang and dry towels properly - check in went not that smoothly, since we didn’t receive any instructions in advance and when we arrived, it took some time for the host to respond.
• Tatiana (9/5): Great apartment super close to the beach - This studio apartment was really great. The location is amazing, a five minute walk to the beach and down the road from tons of restaurants and bars. There were beach chairs provided which were super helpful to bring to the beach. We also loved that it came with a water filter as well so there wasn't the hassle of buying filtered water. The doormen are also really lovely. Would definitely recommend. Nothing, it was great.
