• Kévin (5/5): I pay too much for what is worth - Great location, nice space The flat needs a good refurbishing, and a deep cleaning. Furnitures are rather in bad shape, towels were smelly, AC very loud too.
• Julio (5/5): Aceptable si no encuentras más opciones en Leblon - Que tenía aire acondicionado , buena ubicación. No tiene mesa para comer, no estaba muy limpio.

• Emilia (5/5): Buena ubicacion, instalaciones regulares - Ubicacion y camas cómodas. La rejilla del baño se salia y se inundaba. Espacio muy pequeño, no cuenta con espacio para sentarse a comer. Vajilla muy sucia al llegar.

• PAULA (5/5): Próximo de tudo, zero conforto para preparar um café da manhã , muitas manutenções pendentes. - O prédio fica próximo ao shoping leblon, proximo a Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas e próx da Praia. Também tem mercados, fruteiras, restaurantes e lojas muito próximo. As imagens do quarto que reservei são totalmente diferente do que eu econtrei. Na imagem tinha fogão novo, cafeteira nova, armário no quarto. E isso não tinha no quarto. O banheiro não funciona a fechadura, nem por dentro nem por fora. Várias manutenções pendentes. Embaixo das camas ficam diversos materiais. Os utensílios da cozinha engordurados. A Janela da cozinha está com parafuso para não ser fechada. Os lençóis tinham perfume masculino. Não ficaria novamente em hipótese nenhuma. O Anfitrião não atende ligação, só conversa por whats.

• Richard (6/5): Really need to be upgraded, but location is perfect - Excellent location and service from the staff. Hard to find a place in Leblon to spend New Years Eve, so we were lucky. The place is not in good shape. I would really upgrade the bathroom and kitchen at least.
• Gerrit (7/5): Great but noisy - Great location and fully equipped large apartment. Friendly guards that start to recognize you. Overal safe feeling. Good neighborhood. Airco units in both rooms Some items could use a little upgrade, like the bedsheets and curtains. There was some wind and the old windows made a lot of noise because they don’t close properly. Bring earplugs for multiple reasons like noise outside and a/c-units. But that is everywhere in Brasil. When there is wind outside the a/c-units (when shut off) produce and very annoying and hard ‘clack’ sound every few minutes. In one room I couldn’t sleep because of this.
