Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Linen in adequate !! 2 small towels no facewasher , 1 small towel only no towel for a female to use for hair!! No equipment booklets as we didn’t know how to use cooktop or washing machine !! No help from magrath when we rang for help!!

- Jodi (5/5): False advertising of said property. No basic supplies in event of emergency. Disinterested managers/owners. - The location of the property was lovely. Beautiful water outlook. Spacious. Firstly, the property pictures on Booking.com did not truely depict what was found at the property - ie nowhere near enough seating for a family. They should update the photos to truely represent what is there. There were totally empty hand wash containers in the bathroom. Maybe they don’t supply these basic necessities as owners, but should consider changing cleaners if they can’t detect empty containers of things when cleaning prior to new guests arriving. We had a 48hr blackout due to storms during our short 5 night stay. Nowhere in the property was there a torch, a candle, a lighter or matches. We purchased all of these the next day and left them there for future renters. Upon asking for some help or credit (to apply to other accomodation) due to the complete inability to use the property for half the time we were there, we were either ignored or told ‘we didn’t ask for this’. The property charged the typical crazy prices for the holiday period. We had to spend a considerable amount more, staying in Newcastle to try and remain on our holiday, awaiting power to come back on, as we were told, if we left, we would forfeit the cost of the holiday. We left the property in perfect order, with extra supplies.
- Miller (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent . The power tripped continually. Inconvenience having to go upstairs to fix several times.es per day. Toaster didn't work. Eventually found another toaster in another cupboard.
- Catherine (6/5): Disappointing, but has potential. I wouldn’t stay again despite the fabulous view! - The location and view was fantastic and the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. We chose to take our own bedding and when I put on our doona cover the filthy doona underneath was uncovered. The family bathroom shower was blocked and flooded into the bathroom every time we showered. It was disappointing considering the price. It could be such a beautiful apartment with some better styling, cleaning and maintenance!

- Sue (8/5): I had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend the property. - Beautiful waterfront views with easy access to the beach and marina. The property was very clean and comfortable. If you don’t have a car, you need to be pre plan for groceries as it is a fair walk to the supermarket.

Nelson’s Bay is a short drive and is just beautiful. Lots to do or do nothing at all it’s worth every cent. Nothing. Just a few heads up. The garage door has a really stupid lock and was hard to figure out. Our big car didn’t fit straight in the garage and had to park on angle. It was tight. Very steep driveway. Also bed in main room is a king so go to Kmart and buy cheap one to fit before your stay. Bed was so comfy tho. We ordered linen, which cost $100 we got 1 towel each for the week and it was flat sheet not fitted and wasn’t going on main bed and didn’t get enough pillow cases. Wasn’t worth it, bring your own. However I would stay there again 100%. These are just thing I wish I knew.
