- Hallo_jodi (4/5): Disappointing - The kitchen facilities are good, but the mattresses and sofa beds are very uncomfortable, and we wake up with extreme back pain every day. The top half of the mattress was sunken, so I had to flip it over on the third night. The homeowner did not provide a description of the overall dimensions of the box for storing the keys beforehand. We arrived after 9 pm on the 22nd, and the outside of the homestay was dark with no lights on. We relied on the faint light of the flashlight on our mobile phone and after a long time of exploration, we finally discovered that the box containing the keys was located under the railing opposite the side door on the right. There were three very small boxes, and the smallest box on the left held the keys to the room we had booked. That night, at the entrance of the homestay, I caught a cold, had a headache, and had a low fever. It has been a week, and I still haven't recovered to this day. This incident taught me a lesson: even the worst hotels are better than homestays because at least they have invested corresponding costs in internal management and customer service, rather than such small and rough investments and tedious and frequent instructions to customers, and require customers not to make public evaluations.

- Tina (10/5): Exceptional - The instruction to entry the apartment is very clear and it's very clean, even with coffee machine, washing machine and smart TV, that really makes our journey comfortable. the location is quite good too, not far from center, only few mins by car. excellent.
- Gaetano (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and spacious flat. There are a lot of complementary yet super useful things, such us waters, tissues, touristick brochures, oil and a very good internet connection. There is also a comfortable desk for working.
